The royal grand hotel was in very bad condition, scary corridors, through the staff we came to knew that half of the hotel fell down in last rain. Even after paying around 2500 we didn’t even get water bottle complimentary, they charged for it. Not good for family. Bad experience. No basic amenities. Telephone off, toiletries, etc.

One of the worst hotel i ever stayed, very poor management, less in staff. Unprofessionaly managed hotel. . The above-mentioned stay was the one of the worst experiences for me. I will suggest others not choose this hotel for stay.

Room was unclean. Service was bad. Staff behaviour was also not supportive. Toilets were unclean too. Gallery door was not closing properly
