Very bad experience. I had booked a room for two nights, but upon arrival I was told the system had automatically cancelled my booking. They gave me a room in another hotel instead, which was smaller and worse, yet still charged me the original price.

I had a pleasant stay at the hotel. The location was excellent, making it very convenient to get around. The internet connection was reliable and fast, which was a big plus. I had requested an early check-in, and although there was a small additional charge, the hotel accommodated my request without any hassle. Overall, I’m satisfied with the service and would consider staying here again.

Bilik kurang selesa dengan keluasan berbanding harga. Kelengkapan asas dalam bilik tak mencukupi contoh Tuala customer kena ambil sendiri kat kaunter. Aircond bocor..(tiada towel dalam bilik). Tiada mini fridge. Totally tak sama macam dalam gambar online.. Untuk staff please belajar cara menjawab pertanyaan customer properly..
