The only good is spacious room. Wall not maintain. Rude receptionist, parking need tonpay rm12 coz not take room with breakfast. Keetle is so f rusty. Not safe to use. Will not come again

I recently stayed at Nexus Regency Suites & Hotel Shah Alam and would consider the overall experience to be fairly average. The room itself was surprisingly huge, which was a definite plus and made the stay more comfortable. However, the cleanliness could use improvement. The towels and pillowcases had noticeable marks, which was disappointing. The balcony light wasn’t working, and a few other lights in the room were broken as well. It seems like the place could benefit from some general maintenance to bring everything up to standard. With a bit more attention to cleanliness and upkeep, this hotel could offer a much better experience
