club room，俱樂部房間。 洗臉池和浴缸裡有頭髮，洗臉池後面的木頭，長期泡水，已經損壞了。房門也是陳年老木頭。 There is hair in the washbasin and bathtub, and the wood behind the washbasin has been damaged due to long-term soaking in water. The door is also old wood.

Sangat memuaskan. Bilik yang selesa, service yang bagus daripada staff. Cuma ralat waktu breakfast kerana tidak tahu ada dua option restaurant. Instead of international buffet we went to continental buffet breakfast. So tak banyak choice makanan but still kenyang je. All is good. I give ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Spacious club room, but lounge access is minimum, one set of canapé , free flow of alcoholic drink ( not premium brand). Service is top notch even though facilities are limited But quiet hidden gem in the city love the resort ambiance Good choice for a staycation within city

環境地點都很好 但酒店房間有點陳舊. 樓層很有宿舍感. 房間沒有提供拖鞋實在很不方便 吹風筒也不好用 建議自備吹風筒。

房間不能開窗，都在樹掩映中，特別潮濕。被子都是潮濕的。房間感覺不乾淨，沙發很髒，有地毯，感覺不乾淨。酒店外部環境不錯，有度假風。搞這種房間，還有度假感覺嗎？國內標準拿過來，房間大概屬於世紀初產物。服務很一般，到達那天問前台，用酒店車去機場多少錢？回答60-80🐴幣。第二天早上問，換了個前台，説要問一下，讓我先吃早餐。吃好早餐出來，居然忘了問了。她再去問，回答200🐴幣。立馬再見。早餐很難吃。沒啥選擇。蝦都是軟的，很不新鮮。不知道哪些人會給好評，被騙過來。湖悅日本餐廳味道還行，貴是比較貴。

My 2nd 訂房網站 to the club saujana. No doubt their service is 100. But maybe it’s my faith I went there twice and having aircond not function in my room for twice. End up they change another room for us but it took some time and the ori room was very warm Others is all good

這是一間非常傳統的酒店，我去是因為去打哥爾夫球，他的哥爾夫球場非常美麗，但其他的康樂設施未必及其他的康樂設施未必給得上其他的五星級酒店，但整體而言他的服務是好的。

Went there for a spiritual retreat. Staff service is good, no complaints. The room is slightly old. The carpet seems to need some deep cleaning. The basin has poor water flow but the staff are not aware at all even after I stayed there a few days. I had to unclog the basin by removing a piece of tissue because I just can't stand it anymore. If you place the toilet cover down, staff would not open and clean it. So if it is dirty, you have to keep the cover lifted for them to realise it. Not much amenities.. gym is very simple. There is also a pool. Location is just within 10min of Subang Airport, very convenient.
