The hotel is clean. I love its bedding, pillows, and towels; they are white, clean, crisps and smells fresh. The ambient is great and the hotel is quite well kep and maintained. However, they dont have enough staff to provide good anf prompt service. There are days when house keeping cleans room after 4 pm. I booked family three room because the size stated at 訂房網站.com page is 39 metre square, but it is just about 16 metre square, I guess. I felt so cramped inside with a lot of luggage and training items. It is really misleading. And no mirror is provided in the room except bathroom. The aircond ourlet pipe is in the bathroom making the floor wet all the time. I hope some things can be improved to
