My room did not have window, expected as the hotel was located at the shoplot. Location wise only 5km away from Setia City Mall, by grab would cost around rm5-7 if not during peak hours. Cleanliness not that good, the room I was in smells like smokes and there was mould everywhere on the wall. Bathroom also the same with small quantity of shower gel and shampoo. But they did provide towel as well. They took deposit rm50 before check in. Otherwise, it was a pleasant stay regardless of the room condition.

Kurang memuaskan. Tisu dalam bilik xdisediakan. Air bancuh paket pn x bg. Water heater xboleh guna. Katil pn xbersih. bnyak tompok² kuning.

Sink very small, will knock head if want to discard water from mouth. No toilet paper, no table and chair, waste bin at bathroom only, outside no have.

So so for me because don't have choice due to late check in.waiting for 15 minutes to check in because nobody at counter.have lots of shop nearby but sorrou ding area bit scary due to dark

Receptionist peramah. Bilik selesa, bersih dan kemas. Cuma bunyi dari luar blh dgr sampai dlm bilik. that night bunyi bising dari arah tingkat atas tu agak mengganggu la sbb dah nak pkl 2 pagi masih ada bunyi.

Attending an event in Fairly Heritage Park nearby thus selected this hotel. There are a few dining options available around the hotel - four fingers, marry brown, McDonald and others restaurants are within walking distance. However option for non halal are limited with one Chinese kopitiam behind the hotel but they are only open for breakfast. Cleanliness is not up to par. Just meeting minimum standards. Floor mat to bathroom is dirty. Very basic bathroom amenities best to bring your own bath towels. Aircon is strong but the compressor sound is audible at night. Noise from street is also very obvious. Area above my tv is leaking.
