我們被安排入住無障礙客房（據前台說這也是他們的標準房），淋浴處沒有浴簾或間隔，沐浴後整個廁所地面濕滑，對我們年長旅客非常危險，向櫃檯反映我們的擔心並要求換房，前台推說整家酒店訂滿了，第二天我們表示要正式投訴，才勉強幫我們換到另一房間，還一直跟我們說無障礙客房大一點，換房增加員工工作量等，我們對飯店處理安全問題的態度感到極之失望。 新房間是有玻璃間隔的沐浴間，但未使用已有漏水問題，房間小是訂房時已知悉，沒料到新房間裡面有兩條由地面接到天花板的大水管，整晚聽到咕嚕水聲，嚴重影響睡眠。 酒店位處於舊城區是優點（走路可以到達塞維利亞皇宮和大教堂），也是缺點（老城區車子不能進，需走路10分鐘左右。）房間的衛生程度可以接受，但裡面沒有冰箱，也沒有熱水壺。

Great location, however with large luggage will not recommended as taxi will be able to drop by before old town, need to carry luggage for 5mins walk

The location is good but it is quite hard to go to there with big luggages since there are a lot of uneven stone roads. Their so-called balcony room DO NOT have any balcony!!!! Their so-called balcony is just a room with a pair of big glass doors as shown in my photo and there is totally no space for you to stand outside the room areas. When you have opened your "balcony door", you will still be standing inside your room!!!! And the breakfast is just a bread and a coffee??? If you want to have a good breakfast or "balcony", you should choose another hotel.

Right smack in the middle of the old town so it’s very convenient. Clean n nice room. Hotel has a lobby and seats with power point for working. Staff are friendly. Nice 👍🏻

Great location right in the city center: you can walk to the main attractions. There are also many restaurants and bars nearby. I really liked the hotel lobby, where you can work and relax in peace. Everything inside looks clean and stylish. The staff is very friendly and ready to help with any questions.

這是性價比最糟糕的酒店！房間很小，環境也差，連個刷牙的漱口盅都沒有！根本不值得一千多那個價，像國內招待所

Location is good, within walking distance to shops ans Plaza Neuva. Room is rather basic, dark and dated. It is also quite small for 1 person without much walking space. Shower flooring is too shallow so the water would spill out to the room.
