早餐很簡單，單調。房間衞生打掃乾淨，衞生間的空間也合適，床也比較舒服。酒店的位置距離景點很近。總體來説比較滿意。

Supposedly a four star hotel but we felt it more like three stars according to look of lobby, rooms, and breakfast area. Plus: location, strong pressure shower with hot water. Room with bathtub. Breakfast excellent in par with four star level. We stayed in second floor and couldn’t hear noise from bar downstairs at night. Negative:  I wrote an email to reception asking about parking and never got a reply back. Ended up calling. Bed is soft. It is possible to park in front of hotel to drop luggage off. The hotel is not in restricted zone, however the way to hotel is very narrow road. It is about a six minute walk to the nearest bus stop to the Santa Justa train station. Bus ride to station about ten minutes  Will choose another place to stay next time in Seville.

This is not the first time that I stay at this location and it won’t be the last pet Palace Santa Cruz has become a second home to  me The staff has always been very friendly and super helpful they not only showed me the best places to go around the city, but also recommended different gastronomic options And even assisted me with booking tours, making reservations at restaurants and more  I want to thank the entire team for the hospitality, friendliness and overall Attitude special thank you to Irma Alberto, Ruben, Gema, Amina  I stayed nine days this time around and I didn’t wanna leave The breakfast option is highly recommended as they have a great variety of foods, accommodating, vegetarians, vegans, and more Gracias de verdad por hacerme sentir como si fuera familiar no solo huésped🙏🏻 see you next time

The hotel is in a great location in the old town, with many attractions, restaurants, and shops within walking distance. The room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the city.

Albergo in posizione ottima per raggiungere varie attrazioni , ottimo livello di pulizia nelle stanze e nelle parti comuni, staff gentile e disponibile. La camera doppia standard non é spaziosissima ma molto confortevole, letti comodi, biancheria impeccabile. Il bagno è funzionale, la doccia è grande, acqua calda costante. Dotazioni complete; la biancheria da bagno è ottima e soprattutto di dimensioni davvero generose, cosa rara da trovare. Una menzione speciale per la splendida colazione: grande varietà sia dolce che salata, tutto di qualità e molto buono. Sistemazione assolutamente consigliata.

Das Zimmer ist geräumig und sauber. Hygieneartikel wie Zahnbürsten, Zahnpasta, Kamm usw. mussten explizit aufgefordert werden (nicht besonders praktisch). Kaffee (sehr lecker) war vom 13 Uhr bis 23 Uhr kostenlos. Die Lage ist sehr gut; ruhig, zentral, zu Fuß überall erreichbar. Wir brauchten die öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln nicht (sehr praktisch).
