聖克魯斯珀蒂宮酒店 (Petit Palace Santa Cruz)

離景點近，性價比高，就是電吹風有點壞了，電線有裸露

Supposedly a four star hotel but we felt it more like three stars according to look of lobby, rooms, and breakfast area. Plus: location, strong pressure shower with hot water. Room with bathtub. Breakfast excellent in par with four star level. We stayed in second floor and couldn’t hear noise from bar downstairs at night. Negative:  I wrote an email to reception asking about parking and never got a reply back. Ended up calling. Bed is soft. It is possible to park in front of hotel to drop luggage off. The hotel is not in restricted zone, however the way to hotel is very narrow road. It is about a six minute walk to the nearest bus stop to the Santa Justa train station. Bus ride to station about ten minutes  Will choose another place to stay next time in Seville.

This is not the first time that I stay at this location and it won’t be the last pet Palace Santa Cruz has become a second home to  me The staff has always been very friendly and super helpful they not only showed me the best places to go around the city, but also recommended different gastronomic options And even assisted me with booking tours, making reservations at restaurants and more  I want to thank the entire team for the hospitality, friendliness and overall Attitude special thank you to Irma Alberto, Ruben, Gema, Amina  I stayed nine days this time around and I didn’t wanna leave The breakfast option is highly recommended as they have a great variety of foods, accommodating, vegetarians, vegans, and more Gracias de verdad por hacerme sentir como si fuera familiar no solo huésped🙏🏻 see you next time

It was our first time visiting Seville and from the moment we cross the bridge from the train station and enter into the historical part of the city we felt like we were in a magical place, but this was just the beginning Upon a raving to our hotel, we were graded By the most kind, helpful and an genuinely caring person ever (Laura), She took the time to explain the city and recommend many places to visit eat and chop around And while this is expected from hotel staff you could tell that she was doing it not because it was her job because she truly love showing her city to visitors This hotel is perfectly place as it is five minutes away from most of the attractions and shopping district accommodations were great and very clean, but what blew us away was the breakfast when they of different local products all fresh
