L'hôtel est situé en face du palais des congrès, ce qui est très pratique, mais par contre le quartier n'est pas sur du tout le soir, notamment la Avenida Innovacion ou de nombreux rabbateurs sont présents dans l'obscurité. Les chambres sont grandes, bien équipées, salle de bain très agréable. Le personnel est sympathique. Le prix du parking est toutefois élevé, 14€ par jour.

Nos dieron una habitación super antigua, de cuando abrieron el hotel por primera vez en la segunda planta al final del pasillo, el baño en cuanto entré olía a pipi y caca (adjunto la foto, cuidado por que vomitáis), las paredes tenian escupitajos que las limpiadoras ni siquiera se han molestado en limpiar, se la dan de hotel “pet friendly” y nos hicieron pagar 25€/noche por mi gato que tiene 2 meses de edad y lo tengo metido en el transportín, la recepcionista Lidia tiene un trato al cliente horrible no, lo siguiente, me ha caído fatal. Me despertaron por la mañana llamandome al telefono desde recepción diciendome que estaba haciendo ruidos cuando estabamos durmiendo. La habitación no tiene enchufes y no tuve manera de cargar mi telefono ni el portátil que lo uso para teletrabajar, la televisión del año que nació mi abuela, menos mal que tenía mando. El aire acondicionado ni hablemos mejor, por que te puedes morir de la calor perfectamente. El buffet de cena son 19€ y tiene muy poca variedad, en el bar te sale la botella de agua 3,50€ (ni que fuese un avión hombre ya) Vaya no vuelvo a este hotel ni loco, habia reservado tres noches y cancele las dos noches siguientes y me devolvieron mi dinero. Horrible y nada recomendable.
