酒店很遠的位置，匪非常偏遠，正好趕歐冠米蘭對阿森納，訂不到，沒想到訂了個這個酒店，遠晚了衹能打車，公交沒有，地鐵不到！真的不好！酒店窗戶的把手斷了，關不上窗戶，根本酒店不管，平台也沒有用，沒起任何作用，相比其他的環境服務，早餐還稍微可以一點，大家千萬注意‼️

這家酒店，在一個感覺要荒廢的綜合體的上面一層，有一個車道螺旋上去，一般客人不會走車道上去，第一次入住的人很難找到地方上去！尤其是晚上過去，使勁繞圈都找不到上去入口！去米蘭看展，深夜入住，轉了三圈，問了兩人指路都沒指清楚，第三圈正好碰到附近的居民指了路，很複雜！他們為什麼不標註清楚酒店要從那裡上去，特別的不人性化！可能白天好找一點，晚上最後找到路了，感覺想進入一個恐怖片場景。為什麼酒店選址到這麼一個地方！第二天退房下去坐車也沒有電梯直接到馬路一樓，要沿著公路旋轉下去！感覺特別不好！強烈推薦不要入住這樣的酒店，真的很鬧心

位置雖然在郊區，但樓下公交701直達地鐵站，商圈超市都有，買東西方便，而且很安靜。住了幾天挺舒服的。就是最後一天早餐接杯水，被服務員説不能外帶，有點無語……其他都OK，整體還是推薦的

酒店很衛生，但是沒有拖鞋，也沒有牙膏牙刷，都要自己帶，而且廁所的天花板不是密封的，樓上播哥都能夠聽得十分清楚🥲不過早餐還是很好吃的

Taxi to each airport can be called once asking it to reception staff. But please note costs are different (Paid by credit card is more expensive than cash, it is same with hiring at airport..) Hotel room is very clean, and 4-star service.. but fascilty has been degradated little a bit. I guess using for Business is acceptable.. but won't be optimal for personal use. Moreover, this hotel is far away from station, taking a taxi or rent-a-car is mandatory to go anywhere.

See it yourself. I have got a photos for you. No water, no cup. No coffee pack. I book king room and they give me a double single bed room. The latch to open door is broken, lighting is dark with many bulb already burned. TV not functioning. How is this rated a 4 star hotel... Regret for not choosing Mercure Hotel which is a little distance from this.

I recently stayed at this charming hotel on the and had an unforgettable experience. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel incredibly welcome — warm, professional, and always ready to help. The room was spotless and elegantly decorated, with a stunning view of the sea from our private balcony. Waking up to the sound of waves and enjoying breakfast with such a breathtaking panorama was magical.
