Mal expliqué que le coffre ést payant 4 euros/ jour, et que les 3 boissons incluent dans le repas sont supprimées.  Le restaurant est très bien, des menus très méditerranéens qui permettent si on le veut de manger très sainement. Avec les canicules, mettre un petit réfrigérateur dans la chambre, ouvrir les piscines une heure plus tôt  et fermer une heure plus tard, quitte à supprimer deux ou trois heures dans la journée pour profiter de la fraîcheur

Etwas in die Jahre gekommendes, aber sauberes Hotel. Leider auch sehr hellhörig, zumindest im Haus Copacabana. Ich hatte mit Halbpension gebucht. Die Auswahl vom essen war groß und geschmacklich auch in Ordnung.

I went to this hotel, but unfortunately my experience was not good. The place is actually split into four different buildings, and everything is very confusing. The reception is in one building, while other doors lead to completely different places, so it is very difficult to find your way around. Even getting to your room or entrance is a problem. Some doors are closed, and it is especially difficult for elderly guests or people with heavy luggage. The service was also not clear. When I asked where breakfast was, staff kept sending me to different buildings or even to another hotel. When I arrived there, someone else told me it was not the right place. In the end, everyone gave different answers and there was no clear information. Overall, it felt disorganized and more focused on making money than providing proper service. There is no clear system to help guests, so I would not choose this hotel again.
