Etwas in die Jahre gekommendes, aber sauberes Hotel. Leider auch sehr hellhörig, zumindest im Haus Copacabana. Ich hatte mit Halbpension gebucht. Die Auswahl vom essen war groß und geschmacklich auch in Ordnung.

The room was not made up when I arrived. Plaster was missing round the outside of the doorframe, the lock for the balcony door was broken and the showerhead was snapped off (see pictures). It was reported to reception and I was informed that a director would have to review it and contact me. After 72 hours I had not received any communication, and therefore sent an email to the company. I still have had no reply or even any acknowledgement of the issue

La cola al hacer Check in no avanzaba y no funcionaba el Check in online que tienen en la empresa. La habitación era para dos y nos metieron cuatro camas todas apretadas sin sitio para nada más. Las instalaciones en general bien, balcón con vistas a las piscinas y personal en cafetería muy amable.

Viajé con mi hija adolescente y nos apsamos las mejores vacaciones de mi vida, el personal del hotel fantastico y muy amable, el buffet muy surtido y todo estaba caliente y en su punto, las habitaciones muy limpias aunque el moviliario no era muy moderno, era todo gente joven y chavales en viaje fin de curso por lo que si quieres tranquilidad solicita alguno de los edificios más arriba en el complejo hotelero, tienen animadores y tiendecitas dentro...a mi me gustó lo recomiendo

Es un hotel perfecto para pasar las vacaciones con amigos de fiesta o familias con niños por las piscinas e instalaciones. No recomendable para personas de oído fino, bastante ruidoso por la noche por el perfil de los huéspedes que salen de copas…
