The room was quite spacious and clean. The location was great for me as I travelled down for the event, AMG, which was 2 buildings away and was connected via linked bridges. Other than the fact that the deposit for room key card must be in cash, the hotel staffs service was good.

Bathroom too small, only fit tiny asean Soundproofing is terrible, loud noise of door slamming, people cheering along corridor & loud music from club disturbing the stay during night & midnight.

房間很不錯 非常靠近商場和miecc 而且工作人員還願意讓我們提早幾十分鐘入住 謝謝 櫃枱工作人員人很好 不過有一個小缺點就是我的枕頭上有一點灰塵 手機攝像拍看不出來 但我把枕頭翻面就沒事了

Bedsheets had hair on top when we checked in first day. Water Heater not function. Put the card request for room make up but not attend.

Double Room. The hotel room was overall clean and spacious, with a comfortable and large bed. The washroom was a bit small, but it didn't affect the convenience of a short stay. The hotel has been recently renovated, giving it a fresh feel. Its location is very convenient, as it's within walking distance to The Mines Shopping Centre, making it easy to access dining and shopping options. The only downside was the absence of a fridge in the room, but this was mitigated by the availability of a self-service store in the lobby where cold drinks could be purchased. Overall, a pleasant stay with good value for money.

The hotel is clean and spacious, which we really appreciated. However, for a room with several guests, only one room key card was provided, which was a bit inconvenient. Also, when we requested housekeeping on the second day, no one came to attend to it.
