The room has basic amanties suitable for solo traveller, facilities is good with mini market below and near to the mines. Washing machine is a plus point. I like it so much! There'e only one mirror in toilet and i wish they have some cleaning tool such as broom so that i can clean by myself.

Extended my stay another week. Addon some reviews. There's also hangers and a place for you to hang your clothes to dry them up. Its another points added.. just the tv is kinda lagged & sofa is not that comfortable. Overall rating 9/10.

Pengalaman Menginap di Astetica Residence Menginap di Astetica Residence terasa seperti masuk ke ruang yang tenang dan tersusun. Dari awal daftar masuk, suasana sudah beri rasa selesa. Lobi bersih, ringkas, dan tidak serabut. Proses check-in lancar, tiada drama. Unit penginapan kemas dan moden. Susun atur praktikal, pencahayaan semula jadi cukup, dan udara dalam rumah terasa “lega”. Katil empuk, sesuai untuk rehat betul-betul selepas hari yang panjang. Dapur ringkas tapi cukup fungsi untuk keperluan asas. Paling menenangkan ialah suasana sekitar. Bunyi bising hampir tiada, jadi tidur malam benar-benar berkualiti. Kemudahan seperti lif, tempat letak kereta, dan keselamatan juga memuaskan. Rasa selamat, itu yang penting. Lokasi pula strategik. Mudah akses ke kedai makan dan keperluan harian. Tak perlu pusing jauh. Secara keseluruhan, Astetica Residence sesuai untuk mereka yang mahukan penginapan yang tenang, bersih, dan praktikal tanpa terlalu banyak ***a berlebihan. Strategic location with lots of f&b and convenience store nearby. Walking distance to the mines. Fast response from admin. Spacious Pros - comes with washing machine too. the window is soundproof. Just abit noise you'll heard from those ultra loud exhause Cons- nil
