Very bad service. Me and my family taking 2 double room. Reached inn at around 1 am. The receptionist was at the counter when we reached, when want to check inn , he said the inn using check in/out vending machine. Fine but no definite procedures of using the machine written on the vending machine, thus supposedly the receptionist must help and guide. Well yes he guided us but from his seat at the table. It was damn annoying as its late and the machine was not working properly, so took around 15-20 mins just for a simple check in. We requested for side by side room but no tolerance from the receptionist as said the rooms was automatically chose by the machine. We ended up staying on same floor but different end. Terrible. Poor amenities. The room was in OK condition but the air conditioning was not cooling well, there was not even a soap in the hotel, no mineral water provided. Im still ok with the mineral water not provided but no SOAP, I cannot take it. Toilet lamp also not functioning. We used to travel and been regularly using OYO hotels, motels, inns but this inn did not meet other OYO's standard. If want to sustain I definitely suggest them to improve services/ amenities. This will be my first and last time visit. Terrible experience. Too lazy and dissappointed to take photos.

I stayed here for 5 days and 4 nights. Please note that you must prepare cash for check-in — if you don’t have cash, don’t expect to check in, as the hotel uses a self-check-in kiosk. The kiosk asked for my booking number, but it didn’t appear in the system, so I had to call their hotline to sort it out. There’s no lift in this hotel. When I first arrived, the shower was leaking badly. I reported it, but nothing was done until the second day when I had to insist they repair it. Drinking water is not provided in the room. There’s a refill station, but the ones on the 2nd and 3rd floors were empty throughout my 5-day stay, so I had to go all the way down to the ground floor to get water. I stayed on the top floor (3rd floor), and during my entire stay, I never once saw the water refilled. When I requested a prayer mat, the staff told me there’s a surau downstairs instead — meaning you can’t borrow one for the room. The room only had towels, with no toiletries or coffee/tea provided. Staff service was poor and not attentive. The only thing I liked about this hotel was the strong water pressure and the hot shower.
