We had a fantastic stay at New Serdang Resort-Style 3 Bedrooms Family Suite. The unit was spacious, clean, and very comfortable for a family staycation. The environment was peaceful and relaxing, with a nice resort-style atmosphere. The facilities provided were convenient, and the overall experience was enjoyable. However, there are a few areas for improvement. The sofa bed in the living room had a missing screw, making it difficult to open and use properly. It felt unstable and could potentially collapse, which is a safety concern for guests. In addition, the supply of tissues and trash bags was insufficient for a family stay. Only two rolls of toilet tissue were provided, which ran out quite quickly. We also ran out of trash bags, and with the trash bin full, it became quite inconvenient as there were no extra bags provided or proper disposal instructions available. Overall, it was still a pleasant and recommended stay for families and groups. Hope these small issues can be improved for future guests.
