房間清潔，步行十分鐘距離有很多食肆，樓下的餐廳食物質素也不錯。附近亦有便利店提供日常用品，芙蓉市有著名的蟹菜式。

Quite near to the bus terminal . Hainan Kopitiam was not opened . Nearby Indian mamak shop is quite a few mins away . I guess 24 hours , food was great . Lift accessibility is quite a hassle .

Booked 2 queen bed from Gold boutique as there was no hotel available with family room. The room is big with cold aircon like shown in pictures . However spider webs can be seen and there is no fridge provided . Bathroom have a colony of ants which I helped to kill some . Would be good if you can leave the bathroom window closed , as there were bugs flying in during our stay .

The staff is helpful and polite. Room 310 needs to improve the water supply in its bathroom. The water pressure and supply are insufficient. The air conditioner is not functioning correctly. The room was very warm until the temperature was set to the lowest level, 16 degrees Celsius, but it took a long time to cool down.
