一打開房間就有一股很重味道，像是尿味很臭，房間也有很多小蟑螂，問了管理，也沒解決問題，房間也沒吹風筒，問了説要拿過來也沒有，服務態度真的很差，沙發也是黑黑的

Everything near by. Guards very good cooperation. The apartment very clean and cozy. Parking and swimming pool a bit far (staying in tower A, have to park at tower B and swimming pool at tower C)

The penalty charges are not acceptable. The stains appear to have already been there before our occupancy. I have check with my colleague, who was the only person staying in the unit, and she confirmed that she never used or stayed in the dining area. We have raised this matter with the management, but they have refused to respond. Advise taking photo of the unit before staying in to avoid any disputes.
