    Overall, we enjoyed our time staying at Horison TC Upi Serang. The location was perfect since it was of good diatance to several places like the mall and food places. The beds were very comfortable and rooms are spacious 👍🏼 Service was also very good as they are very polite 👍🏼 The breakfast was delicious and had a wide variety of food available 👍🏼 However, my family and I feel that the cleanliness of the rooms can be improved as my parents saw hair on the floor (which is not theirs) and dust still. The cleanliness can be improved further 👎🏼 Additionally, there is a mosquito problem as me and my family saw alot of mosquitoes in our rooms and I got bit several times at night 👎🏼 Hope these issues can be resolved. Thank you for the good stay, will probably stay there again in the future 🙏🏼

    ac nya dingin, tv nya smart, kamar mandi bersih, kasur bersih, meja bersih, lantai bersih. -gelas kotor -wastafel tidk bisa di pencet saluran airnya -ketika mandi air becek sampai ke lantai karena pembatas showernya pendek

    Kamarnya besaarrr.. tempat tidur twin dengan size masihg2 160 cm deh kayaknya.. Buat ber 4 bisa lari2an di kamar Minusnya pas sarapan diganggu suru isi review, ealah big no ini.
