每次在吉隆坡轉機，我都會選擇這家機場酒店，方便又安心。😄 這次一到大堂就發現多了自助辦理入住機，真的挺方便！有多種語言可選，連付款方式也很靈活——可以用現金、信用卡掃碼，甚至網上銀行都行。👍 上次住的房間有點舊，這次他們安排的房間完全不一樣——整潔、明亮、安靜，讓人一進門就放鬆下來。服務人員依舊親切，處理入住手續也更有效率。不得不説，這家酒店在不斷進步，每次來都有小驚喜。這次真的非常滿意！✈️🏨💛

ホテル側の確認ミスで、二重請求をされそうになりました。支払い完了していることを伝えても、何度も部屋に訪ねて、「私たちはお金を受け取っていない。あなたのクレジットカードの情報が必要だ。」と繰り返された。結果、ホテルがトリップドットコムのアカウントにログインできていないだけだった。私は、カードの控えも、予約の控えも提示したのに、何度も部屋まで來られて、すごく不安な気持ちと、子供が寢ているにも関わらず、何度もドアをノックされて起こされた。 4泊の滯在で、清掃もタオル交換も、ティッシュやトイレットペーパーの補充も私から聲をかけた、たった1回しかしてもらえなかった。部屋にいたのに、確認もなく掃除をしてもらえなかった。清掃がなかったこと、新しいタオルがないこと、二重請求のこと、伝えても、たった一言の謝罪もなく。最悪です。トランジット等で空港近くに1泊だけしたい方には、安くて空港から近いのでおすすめです。敷地內に無人コンビニがあるので便利です。それ以外の用途で使うには、殘念なホテル。

The only advantage of this hotel is its strategic location. It takes 10-minute 10-minute to drive the journey to the Salak Tinggi ERT station. Booked 2 family rooms, the floor is sticky, the room, the toilet, and the corridor are smelly. Overall the cleanliness is bad and needs to be improved. .

酒店離機場比較近，要是比較晚的飛機落地還是不錯的選擇，但是沒有牙膏牙刷，沐浴露這些都需要自己準備，樓下有早餐可以吃，可以暫時落腳，但是不適合常住。

將就著住吧，附近全部都是印度人餐廳，因為趕飛機決定定在這地方。距離機場20分鐘的路，酒店附近有一家24小時餐館，這個全麥麵包還是很不錯的。有點要求的還是算了，不推薦！

Cleanliness: toilet was not clean upon arrival— musty smell. Size: room quite small, but if just for sleep to wait for flight and price is ok acceptable. Location: Far from main attractions, and not much within walking distance. Service: ok service; staff was helpful. Amenities: Limited amenities

I have tried different airport hotels. Sama sama, capsule hotel klia, tune hotel klia. Overall i think this is the best in term of room and affordability. Cheap hotel stay and really comfy. They have so many water fountain so you do not have to worry about getting free clean water from one of their machine. You can also call the hotel to reserve a seat on this van and they can arrange hotel transport to send you to the airport. Overall its a pleasant stay. I have no issue about going to the airport and mind you, you can also ask them to fetch you from the airport for a very small fee. I can’t recall how much exactly but it wasn’t that much.
