這次入住體驗可以説是我經歷過最糟糕的一次。從入住開始就問題不斷，整整一個月都沒有人打掃衞生，房間臟亂不堪，衞生狀況令人無法接受。 更讓人無法忍受的是設施極其老舊，床都已經壞了，反映多次卻始終無人處理，嚴重影響休息。 最糟糕的是，想要退房溝通時完全無法聯繫到負責人，消息不回、電話不接，服務形同虛設。 整個住宿過程毫無保障，管理混亂，服務缺失，設施破敗。強烈不推薦！希望後續住客能引以為戒，避免踩坑。

居然無熱水！床單質量很差 ，就是簡單民宿，勉強 隨便住一晚，垃圾桶都無！

This is a accommodation like prison. There didn’t include following items. •toilet paper •tissue paper •wifi password •teethbrush •description to check in And the operator wasn’t willing to help us to check in We will never go there since we will able to book more comfortable hotel in KL with same price. 監獄のような宿泊施設でしたた

If I’m not mistaken this is the picture I took during my stay at the unit. I found cockroach. Overall others are ok.

the check in is abit lengthy because it is a residences with high security. but in the end we made it. the first thing we notice was the stained floor. the room was okay. we love the seating areas and smart tv. although after few moments there was baby cockroach and ants crawling. the bathroom has this sewage smell. what is so dissapointing is that the curtain is not a blackout one so when it is morning, it was abit bright for us. but for the price you pay, it was all worth it. do bring your own toothpaste and brus

Arrived to check-in around 3.30pm having been asigned the unit number but was told the unit is not ready. Came back around 7.30pm yet could not get the key to the unit as the management staff has not handed over the keys to the key collection counter In the unit one of the 2 aircons could not be controlled such as temperature, air flow etc. Also the 2 ceiling fans do not have speed control remotes. One of the comforter has un unpleasant odour. I believe that in this business, cleanliness should not be compromised because of price. .

Great security, quiet and clean. Awesome pool and gym. Have a convenience store in the compound that opens till 3am.
