設施：在T2的2樓，地方不大，除了無窗該有都有，衞生間不小，安靜，有提示不要喧鬧。衞生：沒問題。環境：旁邊餐飲店很豐富，KK、全家、7-11都有，右拐上扶梯直達值機區域，左拐下扶梯就是到達區，去輕軌和巴士都很近。服務：一切從簡，方便，注重安全安靜，有提供可自取的小餅乾，快捷退房。

This hotel is outside the terminal al 2 only 3 minutes walk from arrivals hall. It is within a mall environment with food hall conveniently downstairs and at lot of stores are open 24 hours. Uniqlo h and m Watson and a hairdresser are there. Great food options banks and money exchange. The hotel is very clean. Reception is efficient and helpful. The rooms are very small but bathrooms are well appointed with soft towels and amenities. No bath. Sheets are nice and crisp. Great pillows. Water coffee and tea. I was there for a transit stay overnight and it was just perfect for this. Would not want to stay much longer than a few nights. Recommend for this type of stay.

因為要趕亞航的早班機，所以選擇了這家機場的酒店。酒店位於T2的中間層，2.5層，坐機場線路到達後上來就是。房間比較小，勉勉強強在過道放下26寸的行李箱，但是在機場能理解。晚上還是蠻安靜的，酒店衞生也還可以。位置離三層的華陽冰室很近，早上可以去吃個早餐。作為一家機場內的酒店，推薦入住。

我是T1下的飛機，在T1坐了免費接駁車去了T2，深夜快1點，到了剛有一輛開走，但是等了10多分鐘就有第2輛，我感覺還是很順利的，但是我朋友半夜等了快一個小時。酒店很乾凈，房間確實比較小，關於隔音的問題，房間確實能很清楚聽到走廊説話，但是我遇到大家都是轉機，所以衹聽到1-2次，能接受。國慶節轉機價格600多一間，不便宜。

Perfect for layovers! I stayed here for a few hours during a layover. The location is incredibly convenient, right inside the gateway@klia2 mall. The room was clean, comfortable, and quiet—perfect for a quick rest and a shower. Booking by the hour is a great option. Definitely worth it for transit passengers.

真好啊這個酒店！就在T2客運大樓上一層電梯（M2層）轉機、吃飯、購物超便利的！！！鐘點房可以自選時間，舒適整潔安靜！！！！！行李直掛，直接填寫二維碼出站，一身輕地來休息，隨時吃飯和買伴手禮、紀念品。太愛了，以後還來吉隆坡轉機

I stayed at Aerotel Kuala Lumpur in KLIA2 during a long layover and booked the standard Solo Room with a shared bathroom. The check-in was smooth, and the staff were polite and helpful, which made the process easy after a tiring flight. The biggest advantage is its location inside the terminal which I didn’t need to leave the airport, so it was very convenient to rest before catching my next flight. The room itself was very compact and windowless, with just enough space for a single bed, but it was clean, air-conditioned, and comfortable enough for a nap
