32층 바가 너무 시끄러워서 걍 나왔능데 룸서비스 음식이 너무너무 맛잇었어요~ 친구들끼리 정기적으로 호텔팩으로 돌아다니는데 너무너무 좋아서 다음에도 7호라인으로 소피텔 다시오자고 했습니다 솔직히 시그니엘보다 뷰도좋고 깨끗하고!!! 좋았어용

Providing emotional experience, luxury services. How they put in the effort to go the extra mile for their guests. My mini bar was not closed after housekeeping was done as I left before they came to tidy the room. And I raise as a concern. They were very fast to check and assured me that they make sure the minibar would be properly closed. And even offered me a choice of my - wine, cheese platter or fruits of my choice and to send to my room. I didn’t request for it as I was just genuinely raising a concern. One of the team even remembered my last name and greeted me when I was heading out. I had a wonderful stay. It’s not in the popular area but it’s beside Lotte mall. And London Museum Bagel and Blue Bottle is in the mall. But it’s good because it’s not crowded, peaceful.

Nice hotel to stay with good breakfast options. Front desk was helpful with smiles. Room was clean and big. Only that the room was a bit dark for business work. Great location with good street nearby and Lotte mall within 5 minutes walk.

到達索菲特路徑：地鐵二號線 蠶室站 二號口 避免暴晒 穿行巨大樂天購物廣場 電梯到一樓 找到十二號口 緊靠優衣庫 出廣場左行 經過一個地下停車庫 三分鐘左右可到酒店入口。進入口自動門 右轉電梯到六樓酒店大堂。選擇索菲特 因為離奧林匹克體操競技場KSPO DOME近些 八號線換乘九號線到達競技場 共四站。連住三晚 不帶早餐 出行購物方便 很滿意。

호캉스로 방문했습니다 호텔 방문할때 침대를 가장 중요하게 생각하는데 너무너무너무 편해서 꿀잠자고 다음날까지 개운했어요! 1박일정이라 시설을 많이 이용하지는 못했지만 어메니티가 딥디크고 인테리어가 너무 고급스러워서 방에만 있어도 좋았어요! 조식 음식도 다양하고 6층 카페 마당도 넘 예쁘고 서비스도 넘 좋고 돈이 아깝지 않았습니다!

프렌치 스타일 호텔인 소피텔은 예쁜 인테리어와 신축의 호텔로서 청결이 아주 우수하고, 호텔주변 전망이 좋습니다. 특히 호수뷰는 서울 호텔에서 쉽게 볼 수 없는 전망으로 여행의 운치를 느끼게 해줬습니다. 주변에 롯데몰이 있어서 아주 편리한 여행이 되었습니다.

The Sofitel Ambassador Seoul Hotel & Serviced Residences delivers a generally good stay. The rooms are a comfortable size, impeccably clean, and thoughtfully appointed, making it easy to unwind after a busy day in the city. The fitness center and pool area exceed expectations—spacious, well-equipped, and beautifully maintained. However, there are a few drawbacks that can impact your experience. Weekend breakfast service is limited to just three fixed time slots (6:30, 8:00, and 9:30 AM). Arriving at 9:00 AM means a 30-minute wait, which feels frustrating compared to hotels that offer rolling buffet times or extra seating. Similarly, the pool requires reservations for certain time windows, and children under 16 aren’t permitted in the locker or changing rooms. This policy makes it awkward for a parent and child—while you can change, your daughter cannot, which seems poorly thought out. Overall, the Sofitel Ambassador offers top-tier accommodations and amenities, but its rigid scheduling and family-unfriendly pool policies detract slightly from an otherwise wonderful hotel.
