Disappointing Stay – Dirty Sheets, No Soundproofing, Unhelpful Staff I had high hopes but this was one of the worst hotel experiences. 1. Dirty bed sheets: Upon check-in, the sheets had multiple stains and hair. I asked to change rooms — they said “no other rooms”. 2. Zero soundproofing: I could clearly hear the couple next door talking, laughing, and… other activities all night. Impossible to sleep. 3. Front desk speaks no English: Basic communication was impossible. 4. Refused to call a taxi: They claimed “you need a Korean phone number” — a complete lie. Because of this, I missed my DMZ tour and lost over $40 (non-refundable). No apology, no solution. Avoid this hotel if you value cleanliness, sleep, or basic service. 최악의 숙소 – 더러운 침대, 방음 제로, 무성의한 직원 기대가 컸는데, 최악의 경험 중 하나였습니다. 1. 침대 시트가 더러웠습니다: 입실 시 얼룩과 머리카락이 다수 있었습니다. 방 바꿔달라 했지만 “빈 방 없다”는 답변만. 2. 방음이 전혀 안 됩니다: 옆방 커플의 대화, 웃음소리, 심지어 사적인 소리까지 밤새 들렸습니다. 잠을 잘 수 없었습니다. 3. 프런트 직원 영어 불통: 기본 의사소통조차 불가능. 4. 택시 호출 거부: “한국 번호가 없으면 호출 불가”라며 거짓말. 이 때문에 오늘 판문점 투어 놓쳐 40달러 이상 손실 (환불 불가). 사과도, 해결책도 없었습니다. 청결, 수면, 기본 서비스를 원한다면 절대 피하세요.
