at The Du Hotel is a complete hygiene disaster. Almost nothing is acceptable here. The walls and decorative panels are covered in yellowish and brownish stains, dirt marks, and discoloration. Thick black grime and what looks like mold have built up along the baseboards and in the corners — especially bad around the door frames and where the walls meet the floor. The tiles are dirty, and dirt has collected in the grout lines and edges. Even small details are disgusting: the remote control is heavily dusty and greasy, and the door latches and hardware look worn and filthy. Everywhere you look, it’s clear that proper cleaning and maintenance have not been done for a long time. Together with the earlier issues (dirty electrical outlets, hanging insulation hoses, stained ceiling panels, and dirty mirrored wall elements), the overall impression is one of total neglect. Conclusion: Anyone who values cleanliness and hygiene should definitely avoid The Du Hotel. The room feels unhygienic and run-down. I cannot recommend it and will never stay here again.

"This place is not a hotel; it’s a rundown inn. The reality is worlds apart from the photos on the website. Every single item in the room is stained with mold and deep-seated, old spots. There is a terrible smell coming from the bathroom, and the air is foul because of the dirty outside windows. Human hair is piled up on the window sills, trapped between the doors and doorframes, alongside years-old dust. Literally every crack and crevice is caked with dust and filthy black mold, without any exaggeration. The towels smell overwhelmingly of bleach, and both the hallway and the elevator are extremely old and dilapidated. The reviews on 訂房網站 are completely fake and should never be trusted; this experience has completely shattered my trust and credibility in the platform. I had a really hard time just trying to sleep quickly and get the hell out of there."

연박응 잡았는데, 연박이 안되는 곳이라고 이야기하며 퇴실했다가 다시 저녁 10경에 들어오라는 곳이였습니다. 본인들이 연박을 막아뒀는데 연박결제가 된거 같다고 하면서 … 대실받아야한다고 나갔다 다시 입실하라는 곳이 어디있는지… 여기 있긴했어요. 그건 사업장의 문제 아닌가요? 연박을 예약한 사람한테 막아뒀는데 결제된거라 손님에게 나가라는 숙소… 진짜 그 당시에 어쩔 수 없어서 .. 출장단 직원이 불만을 저에게 풀어서 얼마나 난감했는지 … 시간이 한참지났는데도 화가 나네요.
