RG成信女子大學 (RG Sungshin Women's University)

Dear 訂房網站: Made reservation as 2 queen beds and nonsmoking. What we got was terribly smoked room with 1 bed. Because the check-in starts from 11pm, it's almost midnight when checked in, although the reservation was made 2 days before checkin date. We got to open window, turned the AC which no good with even worse smell. We just decided forget everthing because we were so tired: wide open window was street side, so various noise from street such as motorcycle running, etc. It was a nightmare we never experienced. When my friends heard this news, unanimously they urged reporting the travel agency of the booking. They said I got to be REFUNDED. So, I decided to follow the advice. And would like to hear a reasonable answer from 訂房網站. By the way, the RG should be removed from any booking site, due to RG's cheating. Thank you.

ベッドとかシーツは汚い感じではなかったですが、部屋自體は古い感じがしました。 壁の汚れなど気になりました。 2階だったせいか夜中まで車の騒音が聞こえました。

周辺には宿泊施設が多く、少しモーテル街のような雰囲気はありましたが、オーナーさんが親切で、部屋も広く快適でした。立地もそれほど不便ではありませんでした。
