真實評價！！房間空調不能調節溫度，一直固定在22度，可是外面比裡面還涼一點，相當於根本沒有開。吹風筒很多灰塵，感覺是沒有清理的狀態。洗手間的馬桶是用不了的，插了電也是壞的！洗手池也是堵塞狀態，水根本排不下去！4個人來住，一個人必須住閣樓，閣樓灰塵很多並且沒有空調，很熱很悶！開門的話蚊子又多，很多設備都是壞。之前承諾有餐食安排，以為是人均一位餐食，沒想到是一個房間一次，我們還有2個人都還沒吃到，卻並告知無法補回，不會再次選擇！ Real review! ! The air conditioner in the room cannot adjust the temperature. It is always fixed at 22 degrees, but it is a little cooler outside than inside, which is equivalent to not turning it on at all. The hair dryer is very dusty and feels like it has not been cleaned. The toilet in the bathroom is unusable and it is broken even when plugged in! The sink is also blocked and the water cannot be drained at all! 4 people come to live here, and one person must live in the attic. The attic is very dusty and has no air conditioning. It is very hot and stuffy! There are many mosquitoes when the door is opened, and many equipment are broken. We were promised to have meals arranged before, thinking that it was for one person per person, but we didn’t expect it to be one room at a time. We still have 2 people who haven’t eaten yet, but we were told that we couldn’t make up for it and would not choose it again!

店裡的台灣小姐姐人超好，我們原本定了兩晚普通雙人房，兩晚的豪華雙人房，她提前打掃出來免費讓我們住了三天豪華房！之後還免費讓我們寄存了行李！朋友遺落的東西也都幫我們裝好放在行李箱上。真的是超級nice的小姐姐

蘇菲·王在這裡，要給大家安利一下“星期日早晨”這個超級Chill的地方！這裡超級寬敞，而且浴室超現代，超方便的。客廳還有個大大的梳粧台，簡直是美美噠！尤其要説的是香港來的基特哥哥，超Nice，對韓流超有研究，他讓我們對韓國文化有了深入瞭解。基特哥哥帶我們領略了最新的韓國潮流，讓我們的旅程變得更加獨特和精彩。對於愛玩愛美的女生來説，“星期日早晨”簡直是完美選擇，你們一定要來體驗一下！推薦推薦！先跟大家説一聲，趁我還沒忘記！要告訴大家這個地方真的超級棒！住所對面的客棧裡的餐廳“親親”，他們的餃子湯真的必須嚐嚐，超級好吃！對於素食者，他們的豆豆飯也是極品，推薦必試！

一次很滿意的入住！酒店類似於名宿，有提供熱水等服務！有公共大廳！地理位置不錯，在加佐站和弘大入口當中！店長還給了自己開的餐廳的餐券！很貼心！

酒店比較舊，位置到弘大商圈步行大概15分鐘，但酒店附近就有巴士到，房間尚算乾淨，好有屋企feel . 感覺不錯。重點係，前台服務譚小姐係香港人，會講廣東話，有禮貌，服務周到，好似朋友一樣🥰又會提供好多協助🥳下次會再黎丫😘

We loved it here! It’s a compact studio with everything we need for a short stay. Though we checked in late, the owner left a note and prepared our rooms and all necessary instructions, including wifi password, which we truly appreciate. He also let us leave our bags and luggages after checkout so we can buy souvenirs before heading to the airport! Thank you, I House Chinchin! 🥰

I chose this guesthouse because it was close to Hongdae (about 10 minds by walk) and very cheap. I was worried before making a reservation bc there were some bad reviews. But it turns out to be the best decision I've ever made! Everything was neat and organized, and the view was really good. There were a lot of non tourist places and neighborhood is quiet and safe. The staff lady was super nice and gave me the free meal coupon for the local restaurant. I will def stay here if I ever come back to South Korea :))

管理人さんらしき人がが日本語を少し喋れるので、コミュニケーションは取れました！弘大入口駅からは、思ったより遠かったんで、大荷物の人は注意して欲しいです
