位置很讚在江南站4號出口走路不用五分鐘，而且是新開幕，所有設備都很新又乾淨，空間超大又有超大浴池，一個大家族來都沒問題。之前住過其他分店覺得櫃檯很親切、而且中文也通！所以再次預定江南店，果然是很棒的住宿體驗

泡澡浴池很大很漂亮衞生擦的有些不乾淨還有上位住客的體毛房間很乾凈舒服就是特別幹醒了喉嚨很痛前台服務很好在b1層總體挺不錯的三間房間四張床一個浴室兩個衞

這個酒店很新，才開業，裡面什麼東西都很新，裝修很好看，很乾凈，服務也好，但是，他的缺點也是新，新的進去辣眼睛😭，裝修味道很大。帶小孩去的話感覺會很介意。

新盆唐線江南駅、バス停から徒歩2-3分ですぐ近くにメガコーヒー、セブンイレブン、バナプレッソがありとても便利な立地です。部屋は広く、清潔感がありました。個人的にはスリッパの質が良かったのも気に入りました！また、床暖房も完備されていて、寒い季節でも暖かく過ごせそうです。部屋は寢室が3つあって、大人數で旅行にとても適していると思いました。江南のホテルとしては値段も高くなかったです。殘念だった點は、ゴミ箱が部屋の隅に一つしか無かったことと、ホテルの前が喫煙所？のようになっており、多いときで10人くらいの人がタバコを吸っているのが非喫煙者としては不快でした。欠點もあるものの、全體的にはとても満足なホテルでした！

I stayed at this place with 3 other girlfriends. Everything was fine and dandy until the morning of our 3 day staying there. Right when we were getting ready to head out, a man opened the door and was taking his shoes off in our room. In shock, one of my friend greeted him thinking he was a housekeeping staff. He looked equally shocked seeing us in the room. Then he apologised and quickly put his shoes on n headed back out to the elevator. My friend asked him if he works at the hotel he says he is staying on the 10th floor. We proceeded to head to front desk to inform them of what just happened. The two female staff just kept talking to each other in Korean and I heard the word ‘master’ in English. I’m wondering if they had programmed his key as a masters key. I have absolutely no clue why or how it happened and they didn’t even try to explain just apologized and offered us 2 bath bombs. I asked them to get back to us on what exactly happened as there is only one unit per floor and who that person is. Didn’t hear back from them. Just saw 2 bath bombs in our room that evening. Even during check out they never explained to me what happened that morning. Security: zero stars

4人旅で初利用新しいホテルで清潔感あり　江南駅から徒歩2,3分で斜め向かいにセブンあり入り口は左橫にあり地下に降りて受付 LINE登録したらリアルタイムで問合せもできる 1階のお店がクローズしてて一見ホテルと分からないかんじだったベッドは思ってたより大きかったので2人で寢ても問題なしリビングスペースも良い感じ　キッチンは使わないけど一通りグラスなども揃ってる冷蔵庫にミネラルウォーターあり　1日1人1本無料で付いてるスリッパ、歯ブラシなどアメニティも揃ってるけど、バスローブはないので持參が必要トイレ、シャワールームが2つあるのが嬉しいティッシュがリビングテーブルにしかないのと、ゴミ箱がトイレとリビングにしかないのでベッドルームにもあったら良かった床暖房がバスルームにも効いてて快適だった朝は日當たりが良く部屋が明るくて良い感じで大満足でした！

Booked the room with the hot tub in the living room. House cleaning every 4 days but they change towels, dustbin and wash your dishes (if there is too many) daily. Came here around mid of Feb and there is also floor heater (adjustable) Everything is great except these few things. - only 1 showering toilet (for 6 paxes) but there is 2 toilet cubicles separated. - Personally felt that the air damn dry and quite dusty. - only able to use hotel bath bomb or else will be fined if used others. ($9,000 won each) - unsure why the sharing hot tub water is always so cold and take around 1h + to fill till shin level when sitting down. Overall experience is good. I will rebook again if I’m gg with my friends but this time I will book the one with 2 showering toilet.
