櫃檯人員英文很好很熱情，推薦晚餐餐廳很好吃，住在這很有特色風情，走去武家屋青柳家不算遠，附設有停車場，附近有泡湯處可跟櫃檯拿券免費泡早晚兩次，非常推薦。

Really great and friendly service from the day time staff and breakfast staff. Rooms were spacious with all the amenities. Free use of the near by onsen was also highly appreciated! Although Kakunodate itself isn't really a destination for a longer stay, time spent here was relaxing and comfortable.

房間很乾凈，浴室洗澡也很舒服。前台爺爺非常有禮貌。很紳士。介紹了周圍的一些景點以及餐飲。每天早上的早餐不一樣。老奶奶非常的禮貌。5星

From the moment we walked in the door to the morning we left we were made to feel completely at home and welcomed like old friends. Everything was so beautifully presented and we slept so well. Receiving tickets to the local Onsen was a lovely surprise. If you decide to only do the breakfast plan we highly recommend making reservations for dinner in local restaurants asap after you arrive as they fill up very quickly. Breakfast at the hotel restaurant was attention to detail in presentation and completely delicious 😋. Highly recommended and would definitely love to stay again in a different season to see everything in a different light.

Joli hôtel tout en bois qui dispose de chambres spacieuses avec toutes les facilités. Nous avons été très gentiment accueilli par un monsieur qui a pris le temps de nous expliquer les points principaux à visiter. Le petit déjeuner était excellent et à la hauteur de nos attentes, la dame qui nous a servi était également très aimable. Le parking à côté de l’hôtel est très pratique.

非常有特色的一家！在比較幽靜的路上，裝飾很古色古香的感覺。服務態度也很好，前台的老爺爺和餐廳的老奶奶都很熱情友好。房間整潔乾淨一應俱全。住得很舒服！

第二次入住，很高興疫情過後這家我很喜歡的町家旅館還在. 舒適的空間與地暖，還有餐廳用在地食材製作的食物美味依舊. 從房間的落地窗看著雪景，是很浪漫的一件事. 旅館有提供角館溫泉入浴券，不過我沒到溫泉浴場,因為我捨不得離開這美麗又典雅的小屋子. 若我再到角館，還是會再入住這裡吧,.

秋天的角館很美，臨時決定來這裡打卡。小紅書上有人推薦這家酒店，房間不大，但是也夠用。這家和式酒店的最大賣點其實是餐飲，做的非常好看精緻，同伴説可以匹美米其林一星水平😋酒店自身沒有溫泉，但免費提供附近另外一家免費溫泉門票，可以了卻泡不了溫泉的遺憾。老闆是個上了年紀的大叔，親和可愛，會簡單英語，溝通無障礙。
