環境一般。有浴巾，牙刷牙膏，熱水壺，非瓶裝水。沒有瓶裝水，毛巾，梳子。酒店有24小時餐廳，早餐不錯。隔壁有一家商場，裡面有餐館不多，超市不大，有啤酒。據説，是本地最好的了酒店。

Good location near to mall, decent room size, decent breakfast spread. Fast response customer service and staff. Experience power 訂房網站 in the room a couple of times but immediately recover. It will be good if hotel can maintain affordable rate as it is keep going up over the years. Overall experience is good

Hotel service fair nothing to shout about. Location 6/10. It's next to the mall but again there's nothing to shop/buy/see. Try to find juices , very limited choice. Surrounded by shop lot which majority selling fast food and mini mart. Good location for local I guess. Amenities very basic. Tooth brush shampoo , hand and body cleanser 2 bath towel , bath mat and hair dryer that's it. Coffee/tea making facilities and mini fridge. No bottle drinking water except a jar of water where you can refill from the dispenser at corridor. Which I am allergies with those tap water even though with super brand water filter. ( learned from my bad experience in Jakarta). Luckily the groceries shop next to the hotel , so I can get a mineral water. TV ? Very interesting...... I don't expect such a branded hotel chain with no smart TV. Unable to connect my laptop since the only way to connect with TV via vga or hdmi. Breakfast selection fair , I think almost similar with other local brand hotel in pekanbaru. Nothing impressive. Overall, there's a few local brand hotels with good location and lower price and same standard that you may pick.

We went there for a concert and during the same day there’s a wedding ceremony at the hotel. The hotel was packed, the lift was so slow. No towels in the room until we need to get ourself from the housekeeping basket. One of the room the aircond doesnt work and we need to call them like twice to fix it. But in term of the location, it was very strategic.. next to a mall and in the middle of the town.

Excellent location and friendly service staff :) We stayed for a night and went to their in-house massage which accepted bookings until 12am. The massage was great! The hotel room itself was clean and well furnished. Bed was so soft and comfy that i still miss to this day. If you want to have a restful good night's sleep i highly recommend this hotel. Thank you and we will stay again in future! ＜3
