🚫 BAD EXPERIENCE – AVOID THIS RESORT 🚫 Stayed for 2 nights, 3 days in August 2025 for a friend’s birthday. This was supposed to be special — it turned into a string of problems. 1️⃣ Ferry Fiasco Promised ferry at 12:30 pm. On arrival, WhatsApp message claimed “low tide” delayed it to 1:30 pm. By 2 pm, found out the real reason — ferry had broken down. Replacement only came at 3 pm. Half a day gone before reaching the resort. 2️⃣ Injury Before Unpacking Room toilet water not working — no shower. Friend tried to use sea stairs, got a deep cut from broken barnacles/shells. We requested a ferry to the mainland for an immediate tetanus injection, but the hotel said they had to arrange directly with the travel agent we booked through - and that agent will then arrange for the ferry. The ferry came 2 hours later. Friend had fever after and couldn’t swim rest of 訂房網站. 3️⃣ Rooms & Facilities – Poor • “Smart” TV with no Wi-Fi, can’t use USB, built-in movies don’t work. • Dirty toilets, low water pressure, pumps only run 6–10 am & 3–7 pm. Outside these times, flush multiple times or use a pail. • Frequent power cuts day and night — resort runs on a generator. 4️⃣ Food – Terrible Worst resort food I’ve had in Sabah. Mostly fish, crab, vegetables, occasional clams. Eggs at dinner? Extra RM2. Crabs small, uncleaned, badly cooked. Bought fresh seafood from local Bajau fishermen — kitchen still ruined it. A group of Chinese tourists bought two lobsters, ate one, left the other untouched. On second night, two of us got mild food poisoning right after dinner. 5️⃣ Ferry Back Left on time, but engine failed mid-way. 30–40 min 訂房網站 became 75 minutes. Staff were friendly (8/10), but physical resort only 3/10. Unsafe, uncomfortable, and not worth the money.

The Nusakuya resort is literally in the middle of the sea, which gave it a secluded feel. One of the biggest highlights was being able to swim directly from our room — the water was clear, calm, and perfect for a morning or evening dip andd the food was great.

C’est degeulasse mais vraiment degeulasse je vous le recommande pas l’eau est vert est degeulasse il fait très très très chaud dans les chambre même en allumant le ventilateur et la Clim ça refroidi pas on devant rester 4j on est rester 30min est on s’est barré tellement c’était horrible une fois tu ouvre la porte des toilettes une odeurs degeulasse s’échappe les serviette sont tacher la nourriture est immangeable on a vu un couple se balader avec une assiette degeulasse on est vraiment rester 30min dans l’hôtel c’est a toi de tirer les valise toi même jusqu’à ta chambre il te montre même pas où est ta chambre il donne la clé et débrouille toi j’ai jamais mis de mauvais commentaire de ma vie Prcq il faut vraiment me choqué pour le faire à fuir degeulasse ah est oui il te rembourse pas et si tu veux annuler il te facturer le même prix que t’as payer tellement on a été choqué que on a pas prix des bon photo pour appuyer sur ce qu’on dit faite moi confiance et partez pas à Semporna c’est partout pareil tt les hotel c pas les Maldives loin de la c que des mensonge

Pleasant overnight escape at Nusa Kuya Resort with a group of four, and we truly made the most of it! From snorkeling in the clear waters to enjoying the buffet, belting out songs at karaoke, and watching the turtles—it was a full, fun itinerary. Every activity felt worth it, and the friendly, accommodating staff made the experience even better. Definitely a memorable short getaway!

L’hôtel est au milieu d’une mer turquoise mais il n’y a pas de corail pour le snorkeling. Le bungalow est simple mais bien malgré des coupures d’eau et d’électricité fréquentes. Par contre, il n’y a aucun service pour faire des sorties snorkeling ou pour visiter des îles à côté. Une fois sur place, on est complètement bloqué. A certains moments de la journée, l’eau descend à cause de la marée, du coup on ne peut plus se baigner.

Excellent location. Room is nice with fantastic view. Good food. .We have an enjoyable  and satisfactory stay..

Pasamos hambre , no hay prácticamente comida ni nada de beber , tampoco la posibilidad de comprarlo , pedimos que nos llevaran al puerto para comprar en el supermercado y nos cobraban 80 euros , tienen montado un negocio con las barcas de los locales que venden pescado , para poder comer más o menos bien tienes que comprar pescado el hotel te lo cocina y así se ahorran género ,
