仙本那詩詩潘水屋度假村 (Sisipan Island Water Resort)

景色沒得説，美呆了。但是服務和設施有老化，需要提升哦

Volevamo vivere un sogno... alla fine non vedevamo l'ora di andare via. Abbiamo soggiornato 3 notti in questa struttura che non rispetta quasi nessuno standard (europeo) minimo di pulizia. Naftalina nelle stanze per contrastare il problema degli scarafaggi subito da noi rimossa perché l'aria era irrespirabile. La coppia di un'altra stanza l'ha rimossa come noi e il giorno dopo sono arrivati gli scarafaggi. Manca una sorta di organizzazione scritta che ha qualsiasi hotel al mondo, dall'orario dei pasti, i servizi offerti, le escursioni proposte e come prenotarle (molto importante quando si arriva in un posto così bello, ma in mezzo al nulla!). Il cibo é totalmente ripetitivo perchè i piatti tra cui scegliere sono molti pochi e quello scritto nel menu non viene sempre rispettato (es. Pesce grigliato lo portano sempre fritto). Lo staff totalmente inadeguato e impreparato al rapporto con la clientela. Non sanno l'inglese, o cmq lo sanno poco, danno informazioni errate, giocano al cellulare stesi sui divanetti mentre i clienti mangiano e abbiamo dovuto richiedere piu volte la pulizia della stanza, in particolare di vetri e specchi perché veramente unti. Sono stato anche preso in giro, quando ho richiesto la pulizia appena arrivato, dicendomi che avrebbero chiamato "lo staff" e che sarebbe arrivato presto, quando poi la stessa persona che mi ha detto questo era l'incaricata delle pulizie nonché la persona che si interfaccia con gli ospiti (che comunque poi non ha pulito se non il giorno dopo in seguito a due solleciti). Ci sono rimasto molto male, non mi era mai successo, e viaggio in giro per il mondo da più di 15 anni in strutture di qualsiasi tipologia e livello! Per un prezzo di 340€ a notte ci aspettavamo un servizio completamente differente e una struttura molto più curata con uno staff formato. Il rapporto qualita prezzo é davvero inadeguato, si potrebbe parlare quasi di truffa. Purtroppo ci siamo lasciati ingannare dalla location che comunque (con il sole) merita, ma non fate il nostro stesso errore!

Le Lodge est superbe. Accès direct de la chambre par des escaliers. À la mer. On a la possibilité de faire kayak et paddel et deux masques tuba et palmes sont mit à disposition dans chaque chambre.  2 beaux transat  la baignoire sur la terrasse . Et une douche à l’intérieur  le repas est copieux et très bon et le personnel excellent aux petits soins.  Ariana est toujours dispos pour vous faire plaisir.  Nous avons prolongé d e1 nuit. Tellement nous nous sommes senties bien . Petit bémol. Le bateau. Est arrivé 30 minutes en retard dès notre demande et avons failli rater le vol mais pour leur défense il pleuvait. .              Petite amélioration. À apporter des ventes de boisons.tel que coca ou autre même si nous avons eu une bouteille de limonade et des chips … ou chocolat. À acheter .

房間大，衞生一般，設施簡陋，水屋客房服務簡單，餐食每天基本都是重複一樣。 但是最差的是來回船接送服務！説好了提前三天預約，雙方確定接送船的時間就可以了。去的時候我提前八天就開始發郵件預訂從仙本那碼頭去詩詩潘水屋接船的時間，還與詩詩潘水屋經理人聯通了微信，可我發微信瞭解情況，要求預訂接船時間，總是很長時間（半天后）才收到回覆資訊，讓我等待，聯繫很困難、很累。直到我要到達的前一天和我確定了接船時間是中午十二點鐘，當我到達的那天上午從機場趕到碼頭，卻找不到詩詩潘水屋的人，發微信也不復我，我衹好給小費找當地的馬來西亞人幫助找詩詩潘水屋的人，他們用當地的電話説馬來語，找到了詩詩潘水屋的人，帶我去碼頭的三樓詩詩潘水屋的辦公室，可是鐵鎖關門，沒有人，詩詩潘水屋的人在騙人。我已經一天一夜坐飛機轉機，沒有睡覺，沒有吃飯，非常疲勞，我衹好找了當地的華僑幫忙，藉手機，聯繫訂房網站客服訴苦，才有詩詩潘的人聯繫找我，通知我接船時間改為中午一點鐘，我衹好乖乖的在碼頭死等待了，很慘！下午二點多到達了詩詩潘水屋，我馬上就和前台管家還有船家確定了四天後離開水屋的送船時間是上午九點前，因為我要趕飛機，他們非常樂意的和我確定了時間。當在水屋的第三天我收到詩詩潘水屋經理人的微信，通知我第四天離開時的時間為十一點鐘，如果九點離開是提前送船時間，要求付費180馬幣，這裡的匯率是2.2，合人民幣396，我説沒有提前時間，白紙黑字確定了上午九點，我不同意再付費。他們説不付費船衹能十一點鐘到，那我就趕不上飛機了。我向詩詩潘水屋前台求情，她説管不了，讓我找詩詩潘水屋經理説，我發微信，長久沒有回信，到傍晚了，明天上午九點前必須離開，趕車去機場，去趕飛機。現在感覺是在太平洋的大海上遇到了**打劫、緬北詐騙！！！衹好再次電話找到了訂房網站客服，經過訂房網站客服的協助，我收到了詩詩潘水屋經理的微信説給我優惠，要我付費110馬幣要，要我立即付費。我趕緊同意，象孫子似的，立即微信付款了110馬幣，不知道第二天上午九點能不能來船。我是來春節度假、休息的，現在感覺是在太平洋的大海上遇到了**打劫、緬北詐騙！非常慘！！！

衞生條件非常差，入住前商家估計衹是簡單打掃，海蟑螂橫行！能想象床鋪的天花都是蟑螂爬行嗎？非常恐怖！小孩整天都沒睡，體驗感極差！訂了兩天，實在住不下去，第二天退房商家堅決不退款，真是無良！幸虧訂房網站團隊給力，尤其投訴客服小哲全程跟蹤處理，終於妥善解決問題。非常感謝！

The person who served us at the resort didn’t seem very happy or energetic. However, the rest of the staff were very welcoming and always greeted us warmly when they saw us. A special highlight was the coach who took us snorkeling—he was extremely helpful and cheerful! We were really happy to have his assistance. Even after the snorkeling 訂房網站, he continued to guide us on how to use the paddle board and the glass-bottom boat. His service was truly excellent. The room was spacious and well-equipped, with all the necessary amenities and complete bath accessories provided. As for the food, it was good, and they offered a menu for us to choose from. The price is a bit on the higher side, but it’s understandable given the private island setting and the overall experience..  you can see sea star and sea turtle at this island which is a plus point for us!

Get sick on the first day we went there. It was located at rural area, eventually very hard to get supplies. We were out of medicine that time, but the workers manage to help us get medical supplies with extra cost. Expensive, but still acceptable

總體來説還可以

水屋真的很棒！度假村衹有6個房間，安靜私密性好 。從海豐碼頭坐快艇大概20分鐘！每個房間都可以直接下海是最吸引人的，還提供免費的浮潛用具，乾淨整潔！很多人説水屋空調製冷糟糕 但我們覺得還好 可能因為現在季節不悶熱 。酒店工作人員可以帶你在指定區域浮潛，還有玻璃船可拍照片！浮潛可以看到小魚 海星 幸運的話還能看到海龜

海水清澈 可以直接下海浮潛 周遭也不吵鬧 衹有這個一個酒店 還帶有早餐和晚餐
