衞生條件非常差，入住前商家估計衹是簡單打掃，海蟑螂橫行！能想象床鋪的天花都是蟑螂爬行嗎？非常恐怖！小孩整天都沒睡，體驗感極差！訂了兩天，實在住不下去，第二天退房商家堅決不退款，真是無良！幸虧訂房網站團隊給力，尤其投訴客服小哲全程跟蹤處理，終於妥善解決問題。非常感謝！

The person who served us at the resort didn’t seem very happy or energetic. However, the rest of the staff were very welcoming and always greeted us warmly when they saw us. A special highlight was the coach who took us snorkeling—he was extremely helpful and cheerful! We were really happy to have his assistance. Even after the snorkeling 訂房網站, he continued to guide us on how to use the paddle board and the glass-bottom boat. His service was truly excellent. The room was spacious and well-equipped, with all the necessary amenities and complete bath accessories provided. As for the food, it was good, and they offered a menu for us to choose from. The price is a bit on the higher side, but it’s understandable given the private island setting and the overall experience.. you can see sea star and sea turtle at this island which is a plus point for us!

水屋真的很棒！度假村衹有6個房間，安靜私密性好。從海豐碼頭坐快艇大概20分鐘！每個房間都可以直接下海是最吸引人的，還提供免費的浮潛用具，乾淨整潔！很多人説水屋空調製冷糟糕但我們覺得還好可能因為現在季節不悶熱。酒店工作人員可以帶你在指定區域浮潛，還有玻璃船可拍照片！浮潛可以看到小魚海星幸運的話還能看到海龜

水屋超讚，乾淨衞生，就小小的8個房間，但是這樣反而讓我們的服務品質更有保障。餐食很美味，尤其是夜景，沒到不行，下次還會來。唯一不足就是接送的船衹太大風，回程基本上全身濕透🥲🥹

Staff was kind, helpful and attentive. Beautiful ocean views with many turtles. Simple transfer to and from the bungalows. Simple food. Unfortunately dozens of cock roaches in our bathrooms and showers. Staff eager to help kill bugs throughout our stay, but the roaches would pop back up every couple hours. This made it difficult to relax during our stay.

船程約20分鐘喜歡安靜的旅人可以選擇這間較為原始，餐點服務都還不錯飯店有提供sup跟浮潛設備可以自由下海玩樂，室內沒有冷氣但有水冷氣是足夠的反正整天也都泡在海裡。很多海星也有看到海龜

With this rating, I bet it’s really lenient to the resort. I’d still insist choosing to stay at SIR no matter what bad comments were ever posted. I’d really hope this price was worth. However, 1) the most annoying problem is the air conditioning, I was sweating when sleeping through the whole night🥲though it was set by 16degree Celsius; 2) the included dinner was absolutely let me down:( the food somehow cold when it was brought to our room; 3) hygienic problem, I think it’s not a big deal if there’s bugs like half size of cockroach in the room, especially above the sea. But I really hope the resort could make up these problems. Overall, I didn’t feel good about the stay…
