Great studio unit for overnight stay. Very clean, very easy to self check in & check out, clearly instruction from host. Near to 24H shop such as mamak, 7E, KK, ST Rosyam Mart (Semenyih). Lot of visitor parking with security guard.

Booked this place to stay overnight after a wedding dinner nearby. I received an email with the pin, but no clear instructions on how to check in, the security guard was not helpful as well, called ASDEH multiple times no respond. Even the 訂房網站 customer service didn't get to reach the ASDEH management! Imagine that!In the end we WhatsApp text the number after advised by the 訂房網站 customer service, then only we get to check it. I mean all these hassles could have been solved if ASDEH texts me 1 day prior and explain the check in process clearly. In the end, I was late for the dinner. There's no hooks/bars in the toilet to hang the towels and clothes, the room is smaller than shown in the picture. An electric stove is provided but no exhaust fan. There is no lobby and signs in the lift or anywhere else to guide the residents to the facilities floor, neither it was stated in the details of the room in 訂房網站. We had to go floor by floor and ask strangers for directions. Overall the experience was unsatisfactory.

It is nice to stay here if you are visiting Nottingham University Malaysia. A lil bit far from the shopping area. There’s a vending machine at 1st floor but some tray were broken so I just can not get my things after I paid. Nice view btw.

Checked in for 7 days. Surroundings is quiet except when mat rempit appears sometimes. Eateries in walking distance but not much choice. Arranged room is high floor.. breezy and comfortable. Amenities are more than enough. Overall 9/10

I recently stayed at Midlands City Hotel and had a really great experience. The location is perfect—very convenient and close to everything I needed. The service was excellent; the staff were friendly, helpful, and always ready to assist. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. Overall, everything was just perfect. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a pleasant and hassle-free stay!
