The staff were very friendly and welcoming, and the location was very strategic, close to the town center. I also really appreciated the breakfast, which was delivered directly to my room. The highlight, though, was the beautiful view from the balcony, it made the stay even more enjoyable. Overall, a very pleasant stay in Sembalun. Highly recommended! 11/10

The room was nice and clean and bed was comfortable with a nice small terrace outside. There was lots of noise and workmen outside all day - so peace and privacy was compromised. Unfortunately the owner tried everything to squeeze more money and told a lot of untruths about the bike hire. This made the stay very uncomfortable and we were happy to leave this place. Unacceptable behavior by the owner.
