從一進門開始，前台的服務就非常親切又專業，辦理入住快速順暢，酒店的設施和周邊環境非常不錯。房間乾淨整潔，佈置溫馨有質感，床鋪非常舒服，一躺下就完全放鬆了，一覺睡到天亮。 房間沒有任何異味，隔音也做得不錯，整體環境非常安靜，真的很適合放鬆身心。打掃也很細心，讓人感覺被用心對待。早餐選擇豐富。 整體來説，這是一家性價比很高、服務又到位的酒店，度假都非常推薦。下次來這裡，一定還會選擇入住❤️

I booked 2 units of townhouse and 1 double king bed stayed at the Roxy Sematan Townhouse Villa with our family and, while the villa was spacious, our experience was disappointing in several ways. 1. The receptionist was unfriendly and did not explain important details such as the breakfast arrangement — we were not informed that the breakfast is served at the other building so called New Roxy, located opposite the villa. 2. The townhouse villa was difficult to find, with no clear signboard. We only noticed the unit number was in the car parking area. 3. There are stains on the wall and a strong cigarette smell. Many ants on the walls as well. 4. The environment was also very noisy, with guests upstairs playing loud music daily from 4pm to 10pm like you were in a clubbing which made it very annoying. 5. Poor hygiene, as there were many flies both inside the villa and in the breakfast area. Overall, the property needs significant improvements in service, cleanliness, and maintenance. We would not recommend it for families with young children and older who seeking a quiet and comfortable stay.

Roxy Sematan Villa & Townhouse – My true Experience Good: 1. The staff are attentive and proactive, following up with calls to confirm late check-ins or arrivals. 2. A wide variety of breakfast options is available. 3. The price is reasonable—around RM287.98 per night including tax for the Deluxe King Room during a regular weekend (non-public holiday); the room is spacious. 4. Free Wi-Fi is provided and easily accessible, with good connectivity. 5. Complimentary buggy service is available to transfer between the villa and the new building. 6. Check-in and check-out processes are smooth and efficient. 7. The environment is quiet at night. 8. Lift access is available, or guests can use the staircase. Areas for Improvement: 1. The bedsheets were not clean and had visible dirt and marks. 2. The flooring near the bathroom was damaged. 3. The adult swimming pool is often crowded with children playing rather than swimming, making it less relaxing for adults. 4. During weekends, food runs out quickly with no immediate top-up, waiting times for food and coffee are long, and there are insufficient tables for guests to sit comfortably. In short Summary Pros: attentive staff, smooth check-in/out, good Wi-Fi, spacious room, quiet at night, breakfast variety, buggy service, lift access. Cons: unclean bedsheets, damaged flooring, adult pool crowded, slow food service on weekends. Overall is still good hotel for stay and relax.

The service is good overall just townhouse did not provide hairdryer and the water paip got a little bit dirty ( a bit coklat colour ) ... the breakfast was nice but vegetarian option is limited but overall is good ...

I recently stayed at this hotel and overall, it was a pleasant and relaxing experience. The highlight of the stay was definitely the beach — clean, quiet, and beautifully maintained. It was the perfect spot to unwind and enjoy the natural surroundings. The room itself was comfortable and spacious, with a nice layout. However, I believe the cleanliness could be improved. Some areas, especially corners and bathroom surfaces, seemed to have been overlooked during cleaning. It wasn’t a major issue, but it did affect the overall impression of the room. A little more attention from the housekeeping team would really enhance the quality of the stay. Breakfast was quite decent with a good range of options. The food was fresh and replenished regularly. It wasn’t overly fancy, but it was more than enough to start the day off well. The staff were generally polite and helpful. Check-in was smooth, and we appreciated their friendly attitude throughout our stay. That said, we didn’t interact with them much, so I can’t say too much about service beyond the basics. As for the amenities, everything was in working order — from the air conditioning to the water pressure. Nothing luxurious, but sufficient for a comfortable stay. The common areas were well-kept, and the hotel had a relaxing atmosphere overall. With just a little more focus on room cleanliness and maybe a bit more warmth from the staff, this place has great potential to offer a truly excellent experience. I’d still recommend it, especially to those looking for a quiet beach escape. Would stay again for the beach and peaceful vibe.

The place is nice. Counter staff service need to improve. The town house were good.

他的前台的人很好當時我的手機落在櫃枱他還幫我保管並且還要打電話確認是不是我的。態度也很好。早餐很豐富。很好吃！環境很舒適。不過我們那天住的別墅有一點點黴味。沙發也發黴了。如果可以改進希望越來越好。如有改進會更加好。環境很漂亮！很贊！
