羅克西海灘度假村 (Roxy Beach Resort)

這次去 Roxy Beach Resort 三天兩夜真的很放鬆 ❤️ 渡假村環境非常舒服，一走進去就能感受到海邊度假的感覺。房間乾淨整齊，空間也很足夠，床很好睡，5點多在海邊聽著海浪聲特別療愈。傍晚走到海邊散步，看日落真的很美，很適合想放鬆心情、遠離城市壓力的人。

Everything is good. Ocean view is amazing. Except check in. We get confused about the check in hours because hotel website shows 2pm. Ended up I wait until 4pm just can get my room. Hopefully can improve especially during public holidays. Swimming pool tiles not sticking tightly. Hope the pool can be maintained well as it’s hurting foot.

渡假村的位置偏僻需要自駕或包車，房間設施還行，但是公共區域的維持就有待加強，游泳池壁磚破損掉落嚴重，早餐菜色普通但是座位區環境待加強，已在室內麻雀飛躍。優點擁有景色美麗的沙灘，適合海泳，另外自備便利商店。

這裡要提醒訂房網站 要預訂這間酒店的房間要注意❗️裡面的房間的床鋪衹是Queen size而已不是King size,我們就是在訂房網站 看到的床鋪是説大床但是入住給的是Queen size而已

We had earlier stayed at Riverview Majestic Hotel from 11th to 13th June. A Fabulous Hotel with Great Breakfast spread for the Rate we paid. Now at Roxy Beach Resort we had Mountain View but it was fine as most if the time we are indulging in activities. The Room was fine and clean. Front office neeeds to check their in room Safe Box, as it was not operating. Next in the morning we went down for Breakfast thinking this Hotel knows what it is doing as i have seen many advertisements on Roxy Hotel almost everywhere 😳 To my shock the Breakfast layout was totally out. There was no table setting at 7.45am. Tables didn't have even Salt n Pepper shakers as it stndard. Although they are serving hard boilded eggs. The morning juice was way watered down " Orange Juice" The sugar was in a large jar. More like 2 Star Service The Best part " Cook" tosses the roti canai into the shaving dish, then he tosses the sausages into another shaving dish. That's how F&B handles food. Next lost of Green Bottle flies in the Restaurant From this i know that the Hotel Manager, F& B manager and so called Chef don't check the Restaurant Coffee House. We shouldn't be paying such High Rates for a Resort Hotel Operated in this manner. I believe the Owners have put in alot of effort.

Excellent choice for a short vacay with fam/couple

The hotel is good but the security need more attention for those playing fireworks at beach.the hotel of smoke sensor ring at night 11pm and make all of us run out the hotel. Luckily nothing happen but make some children scare and crying.the breakfast also not many varieties to choose

As this a new beach resort, the facilities are new and clean. The staffs are friendly but unable to have dinner there due to understaff and long waiting time for food at night. Very beautiful place and will definitely visit again.
