Helpful hotel employees made a suprised Ultha cake decorated more beautifully than the original cake... the room was clean and carpeted... checked in on time without waiting... given a room according to connecting request... overall is good

Sangat bersyukur tidak salah memilih hotel untuk mengajak keluarga stay di grandhika semarang selama perjalanan ke semarang. Kemudian dari kamar yg sesuai dg request dan dihandle oleh mba fifit di receptionist yg sangat baik dan ramah sekali sehingga saya dan keluarga saat nyaman stay disini. Next kalo ke semarang akan memilih grandhika lagi🙂
