酒店附近有Queen city，可以吃飯和購物；外觀可以，綠化面積較大，早餐還算多選擇，還有SPA按摩（建議按摩人員剪指甲，昨晚推油把顧客的皮膚都留指甲痕了，不建議上門服務，精油、死皮什麼的會弄得床很髒）； 另外，裡面的設施比較陳舊需要翻新了，泳池較小，浴室和馬桶都有黃色的水漬了，拖鞋沒有一次性包裝不知道是不是反覆使用的。被子和浴巾已經變灰色還沒有更換！

Lokasinya bagus, dan mereka ada new year eve party juga, ada kembang api juga. Utk lobby nya jujur sy cukup kaget karena bersih dan nyaman dan mewah. Staffnya sangat ramah semua, manajernya ikut bantu beberes di saat breakfast. Makanan semuanya enak. Kamar luas dan bersih, ranjang besar. Saran saja utk ac klo bisa dipindah ke tengah supaya dinginnya merata, dan exhaust fan di kamar mandi dibenerin karena berisik. Overall pengen balik kesini lg

Very good hotel! I would come again. Great location, and great service. Morning breakfast offers varied options as well. Room was big with comfortable bed and pillows. However, it is not perfect. I suggest the hotel management to do deep and chemical washing of the toilets. My room toilet looks grimy and the grout was yellow and dirty. Better care need to be looked into. As for the location, it definitely in a good location. However, it is not a tall hotel with only 5 levels. Hence you will be able to hear the sounds from the road, as well as calls to prayers (as early as 4am). Also, the hotel is next to a big field, and hosted some events. At 6am, they were hosting some exercise group and their microphone was loud. It was not a good nights sleep. Suggestion for the hotel to upgrade and insulate the windows. All in all, I would come back again though. Hope to see many upgrades in the future.

房間很大，很寬敞，傢俱款式偏舊，但非常整潔乾淨，房間還配有冰箱。服務非常好，早餐非常棒。酒店在市中心區域，面向一個很大的公園，晚上有跳廣場舞的到10點，早上六點開始也有活動，如果對這些聲音敏感的朋友，不要選擇面向公園的房間。

服務很好,員工很有禮貌，但房間比較舊，我們入住的時間剛好碰正旁邊舉行齋月前的慶祝活動，導致環境有點吵，但可以看到異國人民的慶祝活動，也不失為一個很好的旅遊體驗。

酒店缺點比較多，房間的確很大是不錯的，但員工清潔方面有代改善，我們住兩天，第二天員工清潔沒有把手巾更換，咖啡沒有再次補充。酒店電梯居然只有一小部，很多住客要等很久才能使用，早餐種類很多，但味道一般。

I asked workers to change my room because my room was too noisy due to the live music in front of the hotel. The receptionists instantly addressed the issue and introduced a new quiet room. And I asked to finish the laundry earlier than usual because I needed to leave the hotel earlier to catch the flight. And, the receptionist also handled this quickly and delivered laundries on time. I can't appreciate enough their service and hospitality.
