2nd TIME STAY AT THE FAMILY GETAWAY RESORT HOTEL. EXPECTED LOCATION TO BE AWAY FROM MAIN CITY. RESORT MAIN ATTRACTION FOR MY FAMILY WOULD BE THE SWIMMING POOL, SPA, TEPPANYAKI FOODS (ok with no dining performance) AND KARAOKE LOUNGE. TOO BAD THE POOL KiD SLIDE WAS CLOSED DUE TO SOME UPGRADING WORKS AT THE NEAR BLOCK.

i stay at dis resort on 19th to 22nd june and love it very much. My family also very happy with it. The service is very good .The place was clean and my kids love the swimming pool very much. The breakfast buffet is nice. Will be going to book again for my next 訂房網站

Its an old hotel but nonetheless my kids and i loved our stay. The water flow in the toilet is good but sadly no bidet in one of the toilets. Should consider to fit one. No microwave - to me its a downside. All the amenities were good to keep my kids aged 11,10 and 9 busy. We stayed on the 8th floor and was peaceful and comfortable. Will come again for our next visit!

Our stay at Holiday Inn Resort Batam was lovely-peaceful and made special by the **exceptional staff** . Thank you to the receptionist for alerting us about a forgotten food package, engineering for quickly fixing our bathroom door, housekeeping for daily tidying and sweet towel toys for my daughter, and the restaurant manager for the thoughtful honey lemon drink. While the building feels a bit dated, the **genuine hospitality** here shines brighter. Highly recommend for families seeking a relaxing getaway!

酒店派司機準時到碼頭接載，離開時也有免費送到碼頭的服務，雖然酒店離碼頭蠻遠，約半個鍾車程，但是有免費接送服務就不成問題。每天早上11點有一趟車送客人到當地最大的商場Grand Batam Mall，下午3點到商場接客回酒店。酒店環境清幽，設備也算齊全，衹是設施都有一點老舊失修。服務人員的服務精神極佳，親切友善。早餐的選擇也很多，衹是味道很一般。

Love the pool. The hotel provided daily free shuttle service once a day at 11am to the Grand Batam Mall. The return transfer is at 3pm. We had a complimentary upgrade to a one bedroom villa. Beautiful room with a view of the pool. We stayed in to use the facilities - gym, indoor pool, table tennis, bicycles, there is a Games Room (billiard, table soccer, basketball hoops, darts - all of which are free!). Breakfast menu changes everyday. Good variety. Would definitely love to come back. Next time for a longer stay.

Pool was big. Then room ok. Aircond very strong. The breakfast was good too. Just really quite many mosquitoes at outdoor area. A bit far from the city. But got shuttle to the sekupang ferry terminal. Birthday celebration, they free a slice of cake. Nice
