好運酒店 (Good Hope Hotel)

入住這家酒店已是凌晨時分，酒店洗刷用具，拖鞋什麼都沒有，就衹提供一間空房給你，幸好我自己有帶，心想也衹是睡一晚人也很累，就不追究那麼多，洗完澡就睡了，以後絕對不會再住這家酒店了。

感覺還可以而已，一般般

比較老舊的酒店

For a boutique hotel, I put this hotel above my expectations. The room and bathroom were clean & big enough. Toothbrush, toothpaste & safety box not provided. It's okay for me. Parking at the basement was free, I needed to verify the T&G card at the reception counter before exiting. Breakfast spread - delicious & quite a lot of choices. Got Nasi Lemak, Mee Goreng, baked beans, noodle soup, porridge, bread section, cakes, pudding, fruits, cereal & milk, coffee tea & fruit punch. Got a small pool at third flr, but I didn't see anyone swimming.

Pros 1) Nearby many food outlets 2) big room 3) clean towel 4) breakfast is good as it's free with rooms especially coffee. 5) The staff is friendly and helpful 6) check in is fast 7) a lot of parking space and it's free for guest 8) soap and shampoo provided 9) shower water is hot 10) vinyl flooring 11) 2 free mineral water Cons 1) should upgrade the toilet bowl system 2) Aircon water leaking 3) The toilet exhaust fan is not working 4) bedside switches not fully working 5) window sound proofing needed 6) Change the bed too old and not comfortable and sink to the centre already. Suggestions 1) change toilet bowl systems leaking and sound too loud when refilled. 2) add 1 small plant in the room and lobby etc. 3) clean window 4) chase away pigeons that stay at the Aircon ledge 5) have toiletries set for sale like toothpaste and tooth brush etc. 6) add an exhaust fan to the stairs leading to the lobby. 7) service Aircon regularly 8) soundproof window 9) more purchase items for sale if not provided for free like toiletries, tissue box, extra mineral water etc. 10) towel rack since the room is big Overall Good hotel but minor changes needed. Once all these are done can increase your price a bit to provide better maintenance.

The best hotel I’ve ever been privileged enough to stay at. Gorgeous building, and it only gets more breathtaking when you walk in. High quality rooms (there was even a tv by the shower), and high quality service. Also, they are one of few hotels that allow people under 21 to book a reservation.

Nice view, clean and comfortable

The cheapest room you can get with breakfast includes, but they really need to work out for the breakfast menu. The main dishes are not really satisfying. Others are just great. it's an old hotel but still in good condition and is also well maintained

Hotel has been upgraded & look nice with new paint job. Overall hotel is clean from lobby till the room. The staffs are friendly & solved the tv problem in my room immediately. The breakfast buffet serve varities of food. The room is big especially for family. Worth staying with affordable rate.
