The hotel room is clean and has a pine fragrance. The bed is comfortable and soft. Toiletries provided and powerful hairdryer. However, there is no heater for hot water. Very cold shower and shivering bath time. Hotel is very particular about punctuality. Half hour before checkout time they call already. Then on the checkout time, they will knock on your door to chase you out. Very classy hotel but too stressful on checkout. Thank you but the no heater is a serious discomfort. Horrible experience.

The fridge is not available in the room but in the advertised image got fridge. I have important medications that need to be stored in the fridge. I ended up using the mini fridge in the lobby but the fridge is smelly because some people stored their raw meats/chicken inside. I am totally frustrated with this. Not only that, I stayed here for 4 days and there is no housekeeping service. Need to use iron? Oh no they don't have iron in-room. You need to bring down your clothes to iron room which is creepy and smelly.

I recently stayed at Redpine Boutique Hotel for a short getaway, and overall, I had a fantastic experience but sadly theres no refrigerator in the hotel room. Location wise, it is very convenient. Theres a 24h minimart and other convenient stores that closes at midnight. Hope to come back and have a refrigerator installed in the room next time😁

Nearby very convenient, a lot of shop, cafe restaurants convenience store etc. staff very friendly If you want a quiet stay might not suitable for you because the soundproofing are bad. But overall very nice to stay! Room are clean and spacious.
