凱悅假期俱樂部酒店皮農波因特 (Hyatt Vacation Club at Pinon Pointe)

Great location, the resort is close to many trails and shops. However, Hyatt globalist gets no special treatment here. We stayed in a studio room that has a sofa bed, and also has a kitchenette which was great longer stays. We took a 90min tour of the property when they tried to sell us the time share which ended up being over 2 hours even though we didn’t buy it.

清潔で部屋の作りもシンプルで使いやすかったです。 部屋からの景色は駐車場側で特段良いわけではなかったのですが自分はボルテックスは登りに行くし部屋を出て少し歩けばどこも絶景が見れるので気になりませんでした。 バスタブがあるのが嬉しかったです。 ドアの橫に隣の部屋と繋がるドアがあり(鍵はかかってたので怖くなかったです)そこからお互いのキッチンの生活音がけっこう響くので気を遣いました。 タオル、ベッドメイキング、ゴミ捨ては2日に1回。 ゴミ捨てはリクエストしたらどの日でも朝部屋の外に出す事で回収してくれるようでした。

Beautiful resort and rooms. Good location. Staff wasn’t as friendly for our special occasion when we requested to check in early..they made us wait 6 hours right until 4pm to check in.

Being a Hyatt member for many years, this hotel is not worth the money. The rooms are very old. You can hear every conversation and sound from the room connected to you. The walls and doors have no installation. The heater made a strange noise. Our room was directly across from a drilling/construction company. The noise was all day long. They do not offer breakfast. One hot tub was closed. The social room and offerings are lame. The concierge attacks you as soon as you check in for a time share tour. Find a nicer hotel to stay at!
