property owner and staff is not Cooperative they are not helpful for the customer when I was went there for check in they are not allow me to check in they ask meny details i was give them they said to fill 3 big from i said i don't want to fill i want to cancel my 訂房網站 they said i can cancel. after i was request for cancellation my booking to refund back my money they don't refund back my money. . last time i was went to hotel renjeet secunderabad it was very dirty bathroom also not clean ...

Check in is 11am. We reached at 6am. The reception guy was very very rude and non cooperative. He charged us 800 rs for early check in. Gave us a room in 1st floor and then by the end of the day shifted us to 2nd floor. The room was really smelly and bad. The bathroom was the worst. There was no hot water facility. We has to use cold water. The tiles of the bathroom were black and dirty. Even bedsheets were not properly clean. Bed sponge was torn. Walls had dust. Tv was not working. There was no enough lights in the room. We didn't feel like asking or calling reception for anything because of his rudeness. We just came to room for sleeping. Rest whole day we were out for tourism. Definitely won't recommend this for staying. Please spend some extra money and stay at a good 4 star or 5 star hotel. Only advantage of this hotel is its near to secunderabad railway station and metro. That's it. Nothing else.

My stay was not as expected, poor service and poor accomodation. The only thing i liked is that it is nearest to the east metro station and traveling in metro is good option.
