1. Cleaning of room not ok, unhygienic with small cockroaches. 2. Bed sheets, towels, blankets were unwashed and dirty. 3. Hot water was not coming.

First time I have travelled to Hyderabad, I was stay in Lotus near about 3 nights . Property is really good, so happy team Lotus and just wanted to add one thing Staff is tooo cooperative. proper hygiene maintained in entire Reception, Lobby, Room etc. whenever I travel definitely book the same. again thank you team Grand .

I was shocked and faced a bad experience with the hotel, i’ve observed cockroach and bugs all over the room and also with bad smell. I have visited for first time with family and faced very bad experience, they have also lied and din’t provide extra bed and gave us mattress! finally faced very bad experience.
