I stayed at hotel in the executive room. The room was spacious and everything was there for a comfortable stay. I recommend it for traveller's looking for accommodation near Secunderabad railway Junction.

The hotel's location was okay, the food was good, and the services were fine. However, there was one incident we didn't appreciate—while we were away from our room, it was cleaned without any prior notice. When we raised the issue, instead of apologizing, the staff member argued with us. This was the only aspect we didn't like.

The property location was okay. However, we were not at all pleased with their amenities or their services. The floor was sticky, bathroom floor slippery. Room corners were not well kept. The staff were rude. We had to rush out as soon as we arrived to attend a personal business, and were seeking lift service. But they were cleaning the lift and were ignorant to our needs. We asked for help to take the luggage upstairs. After a lot of dialogue and explanation, and with a heavy lookinh face and attitude they sent a Bell boy. Insensitive, rude and mannerless staff. That's what we experienced at "incredible " one! It was awful. I would never recommended this place to anyone.
