    The room was not at all clean, the name of the hotel itself was different and the photos and the actual situation doesn't matches. It was very unclean washrooms.

    The staff is very rude. Although i arrived at the hotel at 5 pm and check in was at 12 pm they made me wait for another 1 hr and shifted some other person to another room and gave me that room. Bathroom lock was broken basin was terrible badsheet was dirty

    Very very unhygienic room. Not clean at all. There were cigarette butts in bathroom. No phone in room for room service. No separate restaurant. Receptionist is good *** by nature.

    Pros- only near by secunderabad gate number 4 cons - 1) for ac extra charges 1100 2) service is very poor 3) they are not cleaning the evening u deposit key to the counter. 4) in two days stay they refused to give towels and not change the bed sheet. 5) geyser was not working still entire staff arguing that it was fine 6) bathroom was not clean atall 7) water mixture was like if u pull any leaver water coming from all the way.
