西雅圖市中心聯合湖假日酒店 (Holiday Inn Seattle Downtown - Lake Union)

The receptionist was kind enough to let me check in even though I reached at 12pm! The room is big and clean. It even has a coin laundry too, which is a major plus. The cafe next to the hotel has nice and affordable food. However, the sound proofing can be improved as I can hear people walking past my room.

1. The water pressure for shower is disaster 2. The room is very noisy … anyone walks above your room you can hear the stomping sound 3. The self laundry room didn’t indicate that machine only can use 9 am to 9 pm … is pretty illogical as who will be washing during day time when you have to go work 4. Room is very dark … and there is no night lights

酒店裝修太久了，設施陳舊，毛巾也洗僵硬了，入住有發黴的味道 服務員好像對安靜一詞理解有問題，要求安靜，先給了個對著車庫進出口的（車出庫加速的那個聲音在寧靜的夜晚，你懂），更換後，又給了個臨街的，無語死了。累極了，懶得換了，湊合吧，窗戶隔音很差，這一晚，無法形容，12點帶著耳塞睡，早上4點半被各種汽車吵醒了 晚上網速還很差，顯示網絡質量一般，一個酒店沒住滿啊，難道各房間集體打遊戲了？

一般般不是特別好 ， 地點算是靠近打卡景點 房間比較舊 第一晚去到酒店 浴室的洗手盆塞了 打電話到前台 他們說現在已經沒有其他人 要明天早上才有上班 但是最後退房都沒有修好

Always a great stay. I've been here multiple times. Not far from downtown.

正在升級裝修，樓裡有些臟，三星的水平，地理位置極佳，到needle步行即可，幾乎沒有服務

酒店裝修太舊，走廊有陣陣臭味！床墊太軟，轉身時發出聲響！室內電視也不是智能型號！房內採光差！沒有景觀可言！

房間挺大的，也很乾凈，隔音效果也不錯，裡DT很近但很安全！安全很重要！ 早餐自助選擇不多，但很健康，口味不重！

Arrived late (around midnight) and there was no food available onsite. We had to walk around town to find something. As international travellers our uber eats etc didn’t work. The beds were very comfortable. The Hotel was old fashioned but lovely. I would stay here again

The hotel staff are friendly, but not helpful. The washing machine was not working after I paid and put in the clothes and detergent, then I called the front, then they told me the washing machine is not working. I asked them why didn’t they put out a notice, the front desk said he just found out when I call. At the beginning he asked me to wait till the next morning, then they can call the washing machine company to try to give me a refund. Anyways, they are not sure about if I get refund or not!!! At the end, going back and forth, the front desk agree to refund me in cash and give some detergent to go to another floor for the laundry. I arrive Seattle late around 11pm in the evening with the car. I paid for the daily fee for parking. As I will be leaving Seattle only few hours after checking out, they told me I could not leave the car in the garage until late afternoon because they need the space. I said I paid for a ‘daily fee’, so in principle I should be able to park the car till late afternoon, but they told me not, it is my choice to check in late and they cannot do anything to extend my parking till late afternoon. I asked them if that is the regulation, they should put that down clearly in the description and inform the guests in advance, particularly those international guests who might have another interpretation about the ‘daily fee’. At the end, they allow me to park until 2 pm which is too early for me and I need to change my plan at Seattle completely due to the parking issue. In conclusion, the general attitude is they are sorry if the guest has any problem, but they can’t help much!!!!!
