Regret booking this hotel for my pre cruise stay. Given a room and the TV didn’t work, try to call reception and the phone didn’t work. Had to personally go down to reception to change my room after a long flight here. Additionally 34 amenities charge! What amenities? Nothing really! Staff was ok, not really helpful. Room was ok but air conditioning goes on and off. No kettle, just the keurig machine. Lift is slow and the room key doesn’t turn on lights. You turn on the lights yourself, dated. Carpets need updating. Not exactly near the Princess cruise terminal, With luggage, you still need to walk 15 mins, so you need Uber. Won’t be back, over rated and over priced

Pros: Beautiful views, lovely room, great lobby, really nice staff. Cons: Exorbitant. Difficult to make reservations at the restaurant--in fact, reservations shouldn't have to be made, especially with the price I pay. And at one point, the restaurant was closed for a private event. Staff member had her dog behind the front desk. Although the dog was adorable, this was unprofessional.
