酒店設施新，房間乾淨，空間大 適閤家庭出行。包含早餐 但是比較單一。美國早餐都這樣，也不能要求太多。服務好，但是洗澡水量比較小，希望改進

乾淨整潔的環境，接待人員態度親切，環境衛生！新飯店唯一的缺點就是，脫鞋走路時地毯與木地板的接縫處，隱藏的地毯小釘子會刺到腳底板。

We really enjoy our stay at Residence Inn Northgate. The hotel was cozy and clean. Big room for a family with children, including kitchen and dining table. Northgate Mall is just accross the hotel. The hotel also provide parking with fee. We deifinitely will stay at Residence Inn Northgate for our next 訂房網站 to Seattle.

The staff on site are friendly. There are definitely room for improvement on facilities. 1. Guests need to ask for shower caps, consumables as such should be placed in the room. 2. There is 1 coffee maker in the room, however, it would be good that an electric kettle be supplied to care for tea drinkers. Quantity of Hot water produce by the coffee maker is not enough to brew tea. 3. Rooms on the 2nd floor facing the rail are noisy, as trains passed every 5-10 min. 4. Coffee is provided at the lounge throughout the day. This is a welcoming gesture. It would be nicer if hot water and tea bags could also be provided. 5. Will the property consider supplying disposable slippers for guests?
